The Club at Tamarack is more than a membership—it is a private haven where kindred spirits gather, cherishing shared time and making new memories. Get away from the rest of the world and cultivate your connection to nature and community. As a Charter Member, you get to say you were here before anyone else (and you will be while on the first ski run of the day and the season or tee-off of the day).

TAMARACK REALTY MARKET UPDATE

VALLEY COUNTY 6 MONTH MARKET UPDATE

In reviewing all Residential inventory and sold data over the past 6 months we can conclude that we are in a very stable and active market. In general the markets are running with about 6 months of inventory active on the market with continuous and consistent sales keeping up inventory. This is great news for real estate in general and means that a stable healthy environment gives Buyers and Sellers confidence that the market is healthy. With 6 months of inventory buyers are getting good deals on homes and can feel confident that it is stable time to buy. Sellers as well feel confident that they are getting a good number with the inventory for their homes and stabilized pricing. In the end we are in a very stable and active market with stabile sales data, stable pricing data and stable active inventory.

With many analysis predicting that interest rates “should” come down (if everything continues on the current path) this spring / early summer the analyist’s are predicting a mini “run” on homes which will reduce the active available homes, increase the sold numbers, decrease the available homes numbers (supply and demand) thus pushing home prices higher then current market rate.

In the end consumers who are wanting to get into our market the analysts are suggesting they get in now and then refinance over the next 1-3 years as interest rates decline (if the analysts are correct) thus getting a better number on their purchase and then enjoying the reduced interest rates in the near future years.
