Luxury Redefined An impressive wrought-iron gate, majestic landscaping and sleek marble steps lead to the entrance of this stunning oceanfront estate. But don’t let the grandiose entrance mislead you – this home is peaceful and perfectly comfortable. Step inside the mahogany double doors and you instantly feel at home. Sweeping ocean views are surrounded by crisp, soothing décor. It’s an oasis at every turn.

Living Room. Artwork above the fireplace was purchased from a local art gallery. Morning light illuminates the shell and crystal chandelier, and highlights the meticulously faux-painted ceiling.

Dinner is Served Whether it’s Saturday night dinner or a cozy Sunday brunch, friends and family gathered ‘round the dining room table is the ultimate symbol of warm hospitality. Wavy patterns of soft blue fabric, warm woods, sand-toned marble floor and custom built-ins are stunning yet relaxed. The custom china cabinet was installed in an existing niche that was too small for a piece of furniture. “Since we didn’t have a place to display or store china and accessories, I decided to design the cabinet and utilize the existing light to highlight the interiors. It made a dramatic difference in the room,” Page said.

Study Time The open study is arguably one of the most stunning rooms in Vero Beach. Not a single design detail was overlooked. The wrought-iron 44" tall chandelier boasts a stately, old bronze finish with hand-carved beads. It immediately commands attention. Wingback chairs covered in dove gray leather are perfect transitional pieces while the custom desk chairs in soft yellow attract attention to their exquisite silk fabric. Add a vintage sailboat for the mantel and remote-controlled window treatments with woven wood blinds, and it brings a whole new definition to the in-home office.

Study. Page added the textured raffia wallcovering towards the end of the process to soften the dark wood trim and add warmth to the room. “It changed the whole feel of the room, she said.

A Salute to Gray and Green Bedrooms are meant to be a quiet refuge, and this guest room doesn’t disappoint. The gorgeous floral fabric was the inspiration for the gray and green palette. Cool gray is a nice choice for bedrooms and tropical green adds a soft, yet vibrant touch. “We painted the furniture legs and mirrors to

Poolside. Cool fabrics and striking outdoor furniture are open invitations for a pool party. Just add water, friends and your favorite liquid refreshment. It’s the perfect tropical paradise.

A Masterpiece Tom Laboon of Beachlen Development built the original estate. After the home was sold to its new owners in 2015, Page 2 Design was hired by the homeowners to re-design the interiors to suit their taste. “With Page’s discerning eye and her design team’s talents, they have transformed a well-built home into a luxurious and peaceful oceanfront home reflecting the preferences of the buyer,” Tom said.

BREAK THROUGH DESIGN MOMENTS

Lasting Impressions It’s a rare find when a foyer makes a grand entrance all on its own. In this home, the gilded medallion artwork and antique Turkish Oushak rug almost steal the show from the expansive ocean views. Twelve shadow boxes, precisely displayed on the north wall, contain gold contemporary flowers set against linen backing. The antique ivory and French blue rug is equally stunning with its quiet elegance. “Finding French blue in an Antique Oushak was a treat. I found this beauty through a Nashville resource, and it’s a perfect balance for the dramatic entrance, “ Gigi said.
