GARETH CLEMENTS | Head of Sales, Northern Ireland
With over 30 years in the industry, Gareth has a wealth of knowledge to share with his customers. He enjoyed nineteen years as a chef. In 2006 Gareth transitioned to the sales side of the food industry has held roles with two prominent foodservice companies. Experiences gained on both sides of the pass stand by Gareth on a daily basis as the industry continues to evolve. Outside of work Gareth enjoys family life and spending time with his two granddaughters. He is also Chairman of his hometown football club Larne FC.
CLARE RICE | District Sales Manager
Clare joined Sysco in 2009 firstly working as a Key Account Supervisor in the contact centre. Following this she spent 8 years supporting customers as as an Area Sales Manager and is now a District Sales Manager. Clare prides herself on building long term relationships with her customers, solutions, support and advice to better their business. Outside of work Clare enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
CLIFTON QUINN | Area Sales Manager
Clifton joined Sysco 9 years ago and golds a degree in Business Studies. With over 25 years experience within sales, many of which in foodservice he brings a wealth of experience to his role. Clifton is dedicated to providing tailored solutions to his customers. Outside of work he is involved with Ballynahinch RFC, where he holds the position of Youth Convenor and enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys.

Simon is committed to understanding customer needs at all levels and is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality service. In his spare time Simon is a keen golf player.

Ruth joined Sysco in 2024 and has over 20 years experience within fresh produce. She has a deep understanding of the supply chains, commercials and the unique challenges of the category. Ruth enjoys working in partnership with her customers to come up with the best solution for their business. Outside of work she loves watching her children play sports and cheering them on as they navigate challenges and successes. When she isn’t at games, she enjoys catching up with friends over a good coffee and spending time outdoors to recharge.

Phill joined the business in 2023 after 18 years working as a Chef. His roles were primarily in Fine Dining establishments throughout Northern Ireland but he also spent time in Australia. Outside of work Phill enjoys hurling and still plays for Carryduff GAC. He also coaches u10, u12 & u14 camogie and ladies football.
KELAN MCMICHAEL | Product Specialist, Centre Plate kelan-mcmichael@sysco.com
Kelan has worked in the industry as a chef for over 25 years, in some of the finest kitchens in the UK and Ireland. He was honoured to be part of a team that cooked in the Hague, representing Ireland and Irish produce. From his time owning his own restaurant, Kelan developed a passion for master butchery and meat aging. In his spare time he enjoys hiking in the Mourne mountains and foraging mushrooms.
