THAWING:

Thaw product in refrigerator and remove from package.

CONVECTION OVEN:

Preheat to 375˚F (190˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place strips of bacon in a single layer. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, flipping once.

PAN-FRY:

Heat a non-stick frying pan to medium-high heat. Place slices in frying pan and cook for 7-10 minutes, flipping once.

Deep-Fry: Heat a 10cm depth of oil in a shallow saucepan or deep-fryer until it reaches 175°C. Lower two or three of the breaded turkey breasts in at a time and fry undisturbed for 4 – 5 min. For best result do not overheat or use high heat. Must be heated to a minimum 165°F (74°C).

Oven Directions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake for 25-28 min or until the turkey breasts reach 165°F. Flip them halfway through. Do not overheat.

Product to be kept frozen – stored below -0.4 °F (-18°C).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Cook from frozen: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove from plastic bag. Do not remove netting. Place roast in a pan with 1” of water. Roast covered with foil at for approximately 3 1/2 hours. Add more water every hour if required. Remove foil during last 1/2 hour for browning. Cook until minimum internal temperature of 165ºF (74ºC).
