We will need to weigh the waste associated with raw products to develop the yield ratio. This will enable us to then compare the true cost of producing the finished product and comparing it to the further processed item you are suggesting as a labour-saving product. This calculator will tabulate the cost of current labour. It will allow tracking of labour costs to keep them in line with industry standards. You will also be able to predict labour cost increases for hourly and salaried employees to better understand the impact on your business as wages increase

Thaw product in refrigerator and remove from package.
CONVECTION OVEN:
Preheat to 375˚F (190˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place strips of bacon in a single layer. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, flipping once.
PAN-FRY:
Heat a non-stick frying pan to medium-high heat. Place slices in frying pan and cook for 7-10 minutes, flipping once.
Cook to a minimum temperature 165˚F(74˚C).

Deep-Fry: Heat a 10cm depth of oil in a shallow saucepan or deep-fryer until it reaches 175°C. Lower two or three of the breaded turkey breasts in at a time and fry undisturbed for 4 – 5 min. For best result do not overheat or use high heat. Must be heated to a minimum 165°F (74°C).
