A Letter from a Little Dreamer
It was a quiet December evening in the North Pole, and Santa sat by the fire with a stack of letters. Most asked for toys or games, but one stood out. The envelope was simple, the handwriting uneven, and Santa felt a tug at his heart as he opened it.

Santa read the letter slowly, feeling the weight of every word. “This isn’t about toys,” he thought. “It’s about helping a team rediscover their strength, their hope, and their path forward. And that’s a gift I cannot refuse.”
The next morning, Santa gathered his team of elves. The workshop, usually filled with the hum of excitement, quieted as he read Ethan’s letter aloud.
“This letter reminds us what Christmas is all about” Santa began. “It’s about lifting people up when they need it most. Ethan’s dad needs to see that even in tough times, resilience and determination can lead to something better.”
One elf raised her hand. “But how can we help him? Running a company isn’t like running a workshop.”
Santa smiled gently. “The lessons are the same. We’ll show him how others have faced challenges like his—and found ways to thrive.”
That evening, Santa returned to his study and pulled down an old, worn book:

As snow blanketed the rooftops, Santa and his elves arrived at Ethan’s dad’s company. Inside, the signs of struggle were clear: cluttered shelves, scattered tools, and workers moving with quiet exhaustion.

On Ethan’s dad’s desk, Santa left a handwritten note:

The next morning, Ethan’s dad arrived at work and froze. The workshop was transformed. Aisles that had been cluttered were now clear and efficient. Tools were neatly organized, and the space felt lighter and more productive.
His team gathered around, marveling at the changes. “It’s like we’ve been given a fresh start,” one employee said, running their hand along the sleek Montel products.

Later that night, as his sleigh soared through the starry sky, Santa reread Ethan’s letter, his heart full. “This,” he thought with a smile, “is the greatest gift of all”.

CHRISTMAS PARTY
Montel’s Christmas party was held on December 7th.
We had an unforgettable time at the Employees 2024 Christmas party, which also celebrated the company’s 100th anniversary. Lots of fun, good company and a great energy among the many employees present. We were fortunate to be surrounded by grateful people and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your participation and your great energy.
TRADE SHOWS
Our new indoor cultivation concept, currently in the prototype stage, attracted a great deal of interest at the Agrame conference. The concept was presented in the form of a 3D visual module. The aim of this product is to eliminate human intervention in growing rooms, reduce human involvement in the growing cycle, and reduce energy consumption Indoor agriculture is and will be the solution for tomorrow's growers .
TRADE SHOWS
The Trade Show for horticulture and landscaping professionals (Expo Québec Vert) was held from November 20 to 22 in Saint-Hyacinthe. Montel was well represented by our distributor Groupe SomR , which Mathieu had the opportunity to join for the event. They were able to talk to several potential customers interested in vertical cultivation systems For its 40th anniversary, the show invited visitors from all over the province to meet over 200 exhibitors and take part in numerous conferences and activities
