Marlaine Peachey is an author and journalist, currently serving as Chairman of the St. Tammany Parish Tourist Commission and Board Secretary to Mandeville Fire District 4. She recently retired as Executive Assistant to the Mayor for 20 years, serving three Mandeville mayors.
Chuck Billiot, owner of Billiot Photography and Video, is a Certified Professional Photographer in Mandeville. Chuck is a veteran Navy photographer who specializes in weddings and events. He has photographed over 2000 weddings since starting his business 28 years ago.
