Wow,didwealljustexperiencean amazinglypowerfulstorm.Inmy nearly20yearshereinSWFlorida,I havenotexperiencedanythingquite likethisone.Thelossoflifeandpropertyismindboggling,nottomention thehardhittoourlocaleconomy.As weallcanimagine,itwill takeyearsforusto recoverfromthisdevastation.

Nonetheless,wewill recover.Wewillrebuild. Wewillmoveforward. Together,wewilldothis. Wehaveto.

It’ssoencouragingto seesomanypeople, businessesandorganizationsintheartscommunitycometogetherto helponeanother.

Intheentertainmentandfood industry,somanypeoplearewithout jobs...again.Likewedidn’thavea toughenoughtimewiththeCOVID pandemic.Meanwhile,somanymusicians(localandnational)havebandedtogethertosupportoneanother andtosupportthosewholosteven more.

Somanypeoplehaveextendeda helpinghandtoneighborsand strangers.Thatisawesome.

KathyandIaresohonoredand proudtoliveinacommunitylikethis andthatwecancallitourhome. Optimistically,Ilookforwardtothe futurewithhopeandfaiththatwewill comebackstronger,renewedand maybealittlemorekindertoone another.WeareSWFLStrong.

This1980BroadwaycomedywrittenbyRonClarkand SamBobrickhasbeencalled “AHolidayofLaughter”by NBC-TVsinceitsthreefastpacedscenestakeplaceon Christmas,July4thandNew Year’sEve.InMurderatthe HowardJohnson’s,weseea dentist(StevenCoe),hislover(Angela Watson)andherusedcardealerhusband (RCSmith)alltryingtokilleachotheron threesuccessiveholidays.
