Directors welcome Gavin Heydon Director

At the time of writing, we are remobilising the team back into the office and enjoying the face-to-face interactions that we have missed for most of the quarter. We are grateful that we were able to keep operating through the extended lockdown with the support of our resilient team and great clients. The majority of the team embraced the change of environment and worked from home with some lucky staff members having the ability to attend sites that were operating as essential services. Our regular morning Teams catchups certainly helped us stay focused and connected. It allowed us to effectively engage with the team and ensure the needs of staff and clients were being met.

Teams catch-up for Daffodil Day - 2021

Mitchell Purvis Director

Despite the majority of this past quarter spent in lockdown we have continued to deliver excellence across our projects, and we have successfully been tracking above our budget revenue targets with August and September being our biggest months ever. We have extended our team and welcomed new members to support the growth of Projence, with our strong order book ensuring we are on track to progress and continue delivering the required results. Our experience with the lockdown in 2020 showed us that the impact to the project pipeline was delayed, we are actively working on engaging with all our existing and prospective clients to ensure we are well placed to deliver for them in the early part of next year. We are thankful to the team and their ongoing support and effort to deliver excellence in all aspects across every project. While everyone worked exceptionally well from home, we look forward to having the team back together in the office rejoining in

the Projence spirit.

- Gavin & Mitchell.
