Sweetwater Cuisine provides full and partial bar service packages for off-site events Clients may also choose one of the following bar packages: We do not,offer cash bars for off-site events, but tickets for drinks can be purchased for a bar minimum and guests can purchase after tickets are used.
Many of the area ’ s venues allow clients to provide their own alcohol for their events If this is your choice of bar service, you will need to obtain a special event ABC license at https://www abc virginia gov/licenses/banquet-licenses
In this case, Sweetwater will provide bartending services and you may purchase a bar setup package. This package includes mixers, garnishes, beverage napkins, and ice (if the venue doesn’t provide it). Cost for bar setup begins at $5.00 per guest, but is determined when selections for bar service are made

Sweetwater provides 1 bartender for every 90 to 100 guests for beer and wine bars and 1 bartender for every 75 to 80 guests for signature drinks and full bars These numbers may be different if numerous bars are requested for the event In addition to event time, at minimum of a two hour setup and 1 hour breakdown are required.
