What is the SWACU Partnership? IT’S AMAZING! The Southwest Airlines Federal Credit Union (SWACU) Partnership is a network of more than 250 local businesses in Texas and Arizona that prioritize the financial well-being of their employees and their communities. SWACU partners enjoy an ongoing relationship with SWACU, and get the chance to extend credit union benefits and services to their employees and families, including: Free credit union membership. Financial Literacy Seminars/Lunch & Learns. First to know about promotions & new products. Exclusive networking events, volunteer, and sponsorship opportunities. Customized marketing materials (flyers, emails, rack cards, and posters). Social media recognition.
WHAT IT’S NOT This partnership focuses on personal memberships, not business accounts. However, we do have DBA accounts for Sole Proprietorships

ABOUT US Founded in 1975. We turn 50 in 2025! Just under 60,000 members. 4 branch locations: Dallas, Euless, Houston, & Phoenix. We have 116 employees and counting. Closed membership, except to our Partners, a.k.a. Select Employee Groups (SEGs). We have 250+ Partners (SEGs). Southwest Airlines is our most known and largest SEG. Not-for-profit. All profits returned to members in forms of dividends. $776M in assets (as of 12/2023).

WAIT FOR PROCESSING. We’ll submit your application to NCUA for review and provide updates as we hear them.
SHARE THE GOOD NEWS WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES! Once it’s official, we’ll provide you with cobranded marketing materials to distribute. It’s also the perfect time to set up the first on-site visit.
