NEWS AFL Solicitors Update

Following on from our interview with Tony Nikolic from AFL Solicitors in our huge Self-Vactualisation Issue - July 2021, we caught up for an update. It’s been a huge year of understanding Human Rights, mandates and treachery!
We have seen a change of government, human rights violations around country and more since we spoke. What’s been happening since then?
“It’s been a challenging time for us all with disproportionately hard lockdowns. Given the extent of current scientific knowledge compared to what we knew then, it wasn’t a deadly enough virus to lock down people. We said that from the start. Of course, any
flu can be deadly, yet we have never shut down the economy for flu before.
“Someone, somewhere, needs to be accountable for all the decisions made. This must be done compassionately as it’s not about casting blame, more about healing our society. This can only be achieved through accountability and acknowledgment of wrong doing. They must understand that peoples’ lives are being affected; suicides, domestic violence and growing poverty, in what we refer to as the ‘shadow pandemic’.
“Due to the over-reach response to the virus, people have been unable to access breast screening, receive cancer screening, denied access to their cardiologist and to medical and mental health professionals. The result was many more people dying from the inability to access those vital services, than those that died from Covid. “Now, that is disproportionate. Yes, there is a risk of transmission of Covid as evidenced in Kasaam Supreme Court case, now to go before the High Court. In that case, expert Dr Kristine McCartney acknowledged that the vaccines do not stop transmission or contraction of the virus. That being said, the whole premise from the Health Department was ‘get vaccinated’ to stop you catching it. This slowly transitioned in the narrative of the politicians and the media to; “it doesn’t stop you transmitting it, or getting it, but it’s less severe’. But how do the mainstream media and health bureaucrats measure severity? We know the PCR test had high rates of false positives and quite frankly was not designed for this purpose. The PCR test was another socially constructed medical apparatus that was not fit for purpose, but for some reason people lined up to be tested and still do it today. “Yet they are saying so many people are dying, well more
people have died since the release of the vaccine. I can’t call it a vaccine, because if it doesn’t stop you contracting it, doesn’t stop you transmitting it, then it’s not a vaccine!”
When we were kids my understanding was that a vaccine stopped us getting the disease as well as spreading it?
“That’s always been the premise, yes. That tells you there is something wrong with this one; I fail to understand how it’s even termed a vaccine. On the one hand, the very premise upon which we locked down society is ‘We can’t go into hospitals transmitting it, we can’t go into aged care settings because of the risk’, yet giving the vaccine to the aged care sector, knowing that it doesn’t stop it being transmitted and knowing that it sheds, is potentially creating the problem.
“On the other hand, we have Professor McCartney’s testimony that the state had received in excess of $65 million for vaccine research in 18 months in and around that period. This was also reported in the Kassam judgement.
“We ask ourselves, ‘If they only received one source of funding for one source of research, or just analyst type research, then how can we ever get an objective view? In essence what we have is a consensus that is grant driven.
“I wrote a chapter in 2012-2014 for the International Handbook of Whistle-blower Research, regarding manufacturing a consensus, which everyone jumps on. They didn’t care about teens committing suicide because they couldn’t go out with their friends, the young kids who have missed two years of their lives, dropping out of school because their HSC was disrupted. They said it was for safety. Well - was it?”
Exactly. Parents are struggling to deal with their kids, their young adults as, technically, they can’t be forced into anything, yet these kids are really suffering.
“That is your ‘shadow pandemic’. What has been created is a flow on effect which will become more evident down the track. The kids who dropped out of high school not finishing their education due to the effects of lockdown, will only find unskilled jobs, if at all. We are starting to see it now; however it’s going to get much worse.
“This is the pervasive nature of the ‘shadow pandemic’. It affects the economy, with the closure of businesses to an unprecedented extent, causing long-lasting effects. “With a massive trillion dollars plus debt, people unable to find work and can’t be up skilled due to lack of credentials, this a real economic concern for this country. The main point though is it has been created by the lack of due diligence by medical bureaucrats, again evidenced in the Kassam case.
“According to Wilson Sy in his latest pre-print journal titled: A statistical evaluation of COVID-19 injections for safety and effectiveness in the New South Wales epidemic, it was stated that up till 23 February 2021, when mass COVID injection started, the NSW cumulative total cases and COVID deaths were 5,154 and 54 respectively. Since then, by 22 May 2022 (end of data period), the tally has increased to 2.5 million cases and 3,052 deaths. That is, mass injection of over 18 million doses have seen a 487-fold increase in cases and 57-fold increase in deaths, despite the period with mass injection (453 days) having
been only 1.15 times the period without (395 days).
“Do you remember we spoke about fertility problems? That was denied, yet now men are noticing reproductive issues and journals reporting that even semen is being affected, referring to it as ‘dirty semen’. Women are also having complications, with still births happening far more than usual. Someone needs to answer to this issue.
“We are keeping the pressure on, maintaining our stance and, more importantly, not forgetting the past whilst moving on. We need to address the short falls: the medical, scientific and political bureaucracy and a media that has censored everything. They attacked everyone that came out with objectivity. They absolutely gas-lighted everyone that had anything to do with a scientific journal or anything like it, and just said No!”
“Correct. When I read reports about Gov paying media with tax incentives, doctors who have lost jobs, employers being told to sack the un-vaxxed, employ the vaxxed and get 5 grand… even if a snippet of that is true –it’s scary!”
“Even an indication of that being the case is ridiculed. “We need to understand a few things. We put forward primary data evidence, not secondary data from a journal, to the court collated by Dr Brian Tyson, a highly experienced frontline American doctor. We presented 6000 named patient records in fact, 3000 vaxxed and 3000 un-vaxxed, which he treated using complimentary treatments, not vaccines.
“Out of the 6000, only four passed away and they had very advanced underlying symptoms. Complementary, well known antiviral treatments saved the rest, yet that information was deemed unimpressive by the courts. They then preferenced Prof McCartney, who is an advisor to the government on Covid planning, treatment and management and therefore deemed to be impressive, yet when asked how many Covid patients she had treated, she replied NONE! Despite this, the courts found her evidence as being more impressive than Doctors who had saved thousands of lives!
“So, here we are. We are appealing in the High Court; however, I am concerned that the evidence of the court will veer towards secondary tertiary data rather than primary data as primary evidence is now driven by interest groups manufacturing a consensus by using tactics such as ghost
writing. This is a major concern for me as their argument is: ‘It’s an emergency, we need to do things right now. We don’t have time to think’. My response is that patient survival is better than waiting for bureaucracy!
“Those 6000 patient records were the best evidence of patient survival, using an effective and reliable early treatment that had nothing to do with a jab and was, in fact, treating those that had the injection successfully.”
Primary evidence should be everything in evidence, not what’s written by somebody, then somebody, then somebody.
“When you save someone’s life, that’s your primary evidence, however I can get a journal and that says I saved someone’s life, yet there were these confounding variables? The person whose life you save life doesn’t care about your opinion in journal, they are only concerned that their life has been saved. What we want to do is say, “Yes we saved it, but this is how we want to do it primarily with the motto; ‘first do
no harm’.
“If I need to do a test and wait for a journal to present a theory, people die. At the start of this Greg Hunt publically said, “This is the world’s biggest clinical trial and we need to get on with it.” We have been and are in a clinical trial. Everything to do with Covid are clinical trials; that’s what this is, no one knows what the results are or what they will be, we are all lab rats right now.
“We are addressing this and we need to do it compassionately, we need to do it in a good way in order to move forward, and we need to understand that we can never ever allow this to happen again!” The effects of these injections are seeing large amounts of vaccinated present into hospitals, it is simply a matter of disingenuous assertions backing the move to boosters.”

“The fact that we’ve got to this point is a massive step. We now actually need to look at this from a legal perspective, what we call a Principle of Legality, to prevent a minister making a call as Brad Hazard did, to talk us down and then ignore everything else around us.
“If you look at the Biosecurity
(Human Biosecurity Emergency) (Human Coronavirus with Pandemic Potential) Declaration 2020
was made under section 475 of the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth)., it states ‘if there are no other medications or vaccines on the market, you have to keep the State of Emergency. However, the vaccines have been on the market nearly a year and yet we still have lockdowns. There have been antivirals and treatments on the markets for decades, so why the emergency, unless you wanted to test a new untested jab.”
“That’s exactly right. In Canberra we had close to 500,000 people protesting, that would be like 1 in 10? It wasn’t reported on properly.
“We delivered that letter in Parliament. Graciously Craig Kelly took a group of us into Parliament to deliver a letter to Scott Morrison and the ministers. Nothing was done other to say acknowledge its receipt. I wrote that letter to Brad Hazzard on 7 July 2021 and he did not respond! Craig Kelly, Senator Malcolm Roberts, Gerard Rennick, Alex Antic, Pauline Hanson, Reverend Fred Nile, they all acknowledged there were point to seriously consider.”
What is happening about that?
“Fortuitously, last night I was called in to the Senate here in NSW Parliament to listen to a couple of debates. I was invited by the Rev Nile on an aboriginal Cultural Heritage Bill that was being proposed and a significant one looking into the disproportionate powers explaining why we had to lockdown and arrest people.
“One of the cases I won recently was in Seven Hills in Western Sydney, where young kids were pepper sprayed by police for allegedly not wearing a mask and not producing an exemption certificate. They charged and threw people around like rag dolls; this was sheer violence and I have that footage. The most disturbing part was the Police were not wearing masks either, but the fact that such violence was used resembled a paramilitary organisation, not community policing with a focus on safety.”
The protests have been huge; the media are not covering them. You wouldn’t know there were still protests going on in Melbourne trying to save the state which is in such trouble. I’ve seen some of that footage and of people getting shot on the streets of Melbourne.
“Yes. It was similar force!”
Of course they are exempt?
“There’s exemption for some, but the virus is like a bullet; it is indiscriminate hitting wherever it lands, destroying whatever is in its path. So, at the time when everyone was being mandated, politicians and some other sections of society were not. This was never about a virus.”
We have been looking at discrimination, in the workplace. It seems that when you work for a Government Department that could be damaged by you being vaccinated or even talking about it, you don’t have to be vaccinated!
“One of the most diabolical things I’ve seen is that even with an adverse reaction to the vaccine, you still had to
get your second dose. They claim it is for your health, but mandate the injection despite it causing you an injury. Again, the people of Australia are research participants and unless they take the jab, they lose their livelihoods.”
Exactly this is another issue I’m seeing more and more, where people are actually getting sick, constantly sick, after their second and third jab, just to stay in their jobs.
“They are very good at word smithing; it’s what we call ghost writing. That again is in my International Handbook of Whistleblowing Research, chapter 16. I wrote then how clinical trials were conducted, how they manufacture consensus, how clinical trials have been the subject of fraud and false claims by the FBI Dept of Justice in the USA.
“Here in Australia those very same drugs are sold and no one says a thing. So, tie that into your Greg Hunt statement ‘This is the world’s biggest clinical trial’ and tie that into the fact that people are getting adverse events, yet they still need to take another one. The simple truth is we are being mandated to be a lab rat.”
So, the main thing is getting crowd acknowledgment in the background so they know nothing is gone away or changed. People think the mandates have all gone, yet they haven’t.
“We really need nail it down. It is important that people write to their Law Societies in each State or Territory and demand ‘Where are the Human Rights Lawyers? You have let us down. Just because we don’t want the vaccine, doesn’t mean you don’t represent us.’ Also, the judges need to be aware, that if we make a choice and it’s an informed choice, it must not be disregarded.
“A Human Rights lawyer needs to work on human rights, not on what is popular. There have been a few select firms leading the charge but everyone else is saying “No.” People are waking up to the fact though that nothing will change until the Law and Bar Societies are pressured by the public, demanding representation. We are the community, and you’re a part of our community!
“Remember one of the primary roles of lawyers and courts is their duty to the community. Many lawyers, me included, do pro bono due to their loyalty to the community. There are people that just can’t afford it, they’re sick; they have mental health issues, many reasons.
“When 500,000 people rock up to Canberra, that’s 500,000 concerned people, who actually made the effort to express their views. They need to spread that word to the Human Rights Lawyers!”
It’s a much bigger community than people realise and now more vaccinated people have joined that community. People are realising vaccine regret is a big thing.
“It is and it’s getting bigger. People are on their 3rd and 4th jab and the weekly statistics show that the un-vaccinated have better health outcomes. It’s even showing in the science, so it doesn’t matter what happens to us in the High Court now, the evidence is there. Just as Thalidomide, agent-orange, asbestos and DDT took decades to recognise; they knew it hurt people early on but they were making too much money.
“You have to use your power, respectfully, with your votes and your voice. Ask where the Law firms are!
“I was the first one but now there are over 360 litigations in various courts. This is a soft revolution. The courts are packed, they can’t handle it and we need people to keep doing it!”
