Summer in Sun Valley OUR BEST KEPT SECRET IS OUR SUMMERS

T

he seasons in Sun Valley may change, but one thing never varies—our mountains come with a to-do list as tall as they are.

The mountain biking in Sun Valley is some of the best, and most scenic, in the country, with over 400 miles of singletrack trails and 3,100 vertical feet of lift-accessed downhill biking. Sun Valley also boasts 45 holes of championship golf, 18 local art galleries, and Saturday night ice shows, featuring the biggest names on the Olympic skating circuit. From horseback riding, guided fly fishing, and river rafting to sport shooting, paragliding, tennis, hiking, and paddle boating, there are dozens of ways to explore all this outdoor paradise has to offer. For those in search of cultural inspiration, there is no shortage of concerts, gallery walks, artist lectures, and craft fairs. In addition, the Sun Valley Pavilion—an architectural landmark of the West—hosts major musical events like the weekly Sun Valley Music Festival and Sun Valley Center for the Arts summer concert series.
