MODIFIED OPERATIONS & BEST PRACTICES TRAINING At Suncadia, the safety and wellbeing of our guests, owners, members, and community is our top priority. We have expanded our associate training and onboarding programs to include the following: • A COVID-19 safety and sanitation training will be required for all associates. • Required social distancing guidelines will be mandated in the workplace. • Resort-wide safety and sanitation stations will be introduced. • New safety and sanitation equipment education will be provided • This COVID-19 Operational strategy has been reviewed with all associates. RESORT-WIDE SAFETY & SANITATION STANDARDS • All associates and guests will be required to maintain a social distance of 6-feet. • Following the Kittitas County Department of Health, masks are required while in public spaces (including hallways and elevators) and outdoor venues where 6 ft social distancing cannot be maintained. • Elevators must be limited to 4 guests for each use and masks must be worn in elevators at all times. • All associates will be provided and required to wear masks and job specific PPE. • All associates will adhere to CDC recommended hand washing and social distancing guidelines • Sanitation stations are located throughout associate and guest areas. • Physical distancing markers have been placed on the floor throughout the resort encouraging 6-feet distance between guests • Plexiglass partitions have been added to guest-facing locations throughout the property • High touch areas will be frequently disinfected throughout the day including door handles, countertops, bathroom fixtures, cash machines, handrails, etc. • Entry doors will be staffed or remain open, weather permitting • Disinfectant sprayers will be used throughout the property • The resort will adhere to it’s comprehensive cleanliness standards and will continue to use cleaning products that are approved for use by the EPA and proven to be effective against viruses, bacterial, and other airborne pathogens • All printed material (resort maps, recreation guides, restaurant menus, etc.) will be made available electronically • Resort associates will utilize phone or text to communicate with guests whenever possible • Exterior and interior furniture and tables have been spaced in adherence to the CDC’s recommendations on social distancing in resort common areas.

LODGING To ensure guest and associate safety, all accommodations will be sanitized following CDC and Public Health Department Guidelines between each reservation. ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE: LODGE ACCOMODATIONS • Valet services are available at $18 per night. Valet attendants change gloves and use sanitizing wipes upon entering and exiting your vehicle. • For those who may need luggage assistance, follow signage to the covered portion of the porte-cache where a bellman will assist you in loading your belongings onto a luggage cart, at that time we ask that you move your vehicle into the self-parking lot before checking in at the front desk. • The front desk is equipped with desk shields and hand sanitizer at each station for your convenience. • For those that need assistance with luggage to their rooms, a bellman may available to deliver prior to your arrival in your room. • Elevators leading up to guest rooms must be occupied by 4 people or less at a time. • A link to a downloadable resort map and activity guide will be provided to guests via text and/or email. • ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE: TRAILHEAD CONDOMINIUMS • Guests checking into Trailhead Condominiums will be required to check in at the Lodge. • Guests may follow signs for Trailhead Check In where they can park their car while they complete the check in process before proceeding onto their accommodations. • Guest will receive keys that have been sanitized and you may proceed to Trailhead. • A link to a downloadable resort map and activity guide will be provided to guests via text and/or email. ARRIVAL EXPERIENCE: VACATION RENTALS • Guests checking into vacation rentals will be required to check in at the Lodge • Check in for vacation rentals is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. During this time, we are not able to accommodate early check ins or late check outs for vacation rentals. • A link to a downloadable resort map and activity guide will be provided to guests via text and/or email.

LODGING MAINTENANCE • Contact-less maintenance services will be provided. • Guests will be asked to vacate the unit while staff is performing requested maintenance services. • Associates will change gloves between tasks. • Associates will sanitize their way into and out of units. • • • • • •

HOUSEKEEPING Associates will change gloves between tasks and between units. Disinfectant sprayers will be used on all soft surfaces. The resort will continue to follow OSHA and CDC guidelines with regard to laundering linen. All lodge suites and vacation rentals have dishwashers for sanitizing dishes. All glassware in lodge guestrooms without dishwashers have been washed in a dishwasher between reservations. • Mid-stay housekeeping services have been suspended. • All extra blankets and pillows have been removed from lodge accommodations; delivery available upon request. • Soft décor items in vacation rentals have been removed (ex: duvet covers, pillow shams, stuffed animals throw and/or foot blankets) • Contact-less delivery; all amenity requests will be delivered in single use bags and left on the exterior of the unit. • All printed material have been removed from all units or are single use only and will be replaced between guests. TRANSPORTATION • Shuttles will be restricted to individual parties.

• Guests are asked to handle their own luggage and golf bags. • Shuttles will be sanitized between parties.

FOOD & BEVERAGE Our goal is to provide you, your family and friends with a pleasant interactive experience at our Takeout Food and Beverage counters. Below are some new practices that we will be utilizing in order to provide you with safe, and comfortable personal interactions with our Food and Beverage team. Dining Take Out and Dine-in Portals Restuarant Dining Room • Take out menu ordering can be done either by phone or in person. Dining room lay outs have been altered to allow social distancing. • Menus are available online or as single use, or as signage outside and inside the ordering area. Menus are available through a QR code as well. • All Food and Beverage employees will be wearing face coverings and gloves. • Gloves will be changed frequently and specifically after each guest interaction • Countertops in the ordering area will be sanitized after each interaction with a guest and at frequent intervals through the day. • All guests must wear masks or face coverings during the ordering and pick up process. Masks are required in the dining room. Please keep your mask on until you are ready to consume your food and beverage. • Only single use items will be available for food take out and drink take out. Tables will not be preset in the dining room. Your server will bring all service items to the table as needed. • Cashier stations and ordering stations are shielded for added protection. • Specific entry and exit areas are defined to limit the traffic in the area. • Social distancing reminders are present within the ordering area. • Your food will be brought from the kitchen by a masked and gloved employee and placed in a sanitized hot or cold box. Food for the dining will be covered until time of service. • The cashier station will allow you to complete a room charge with sanitized pens or utilize contactless credit card transactions. We encourage these methods as opposed to cash transactions. Service stations for dining room are sanitized and distanced to keep your transactions safe. • All kitchen, support staff and any other persons involved in restaurant operations will be abiding by Washington State Health Code and CDC guidelines. • Employees in the back of the house are trained and monitored to adhere to social distancing guidelines, utilizing appropriate PPE and working in separate workstations.

FOOD & BEVERAGE 56 Degrees Bar • Covered paper straws will be available for use. • Bartenders will have masks and gloves and there will be shields present at the bar for transactions. • Guests must always wear masks when approaching the bar, ordering and walking away. • There will be no seating at our bars. Walk up service is available and table service is available outside on Portals patio • The cashier station will allow you to complete a room charge with sanitized pens or utilize contactless credit card transactions. We encourage these methods as opposed to cash transactions. • All employees have been trained and instructed to follow hand washing protocols frequently while working at the bar. Gloves will be changed after each guest interaction. • All back of the house personnel connected with the bar operation are following Washington State Health Code policies as well as CDC guidelines. Coal House Caffe or other Walkup Food Operations • Social distancing markings will be in place as you approach the Coal House Caffe. • Please help us to maintain social distancing while waiting for the cashier or for your order of coffee. • Guests must wear masks throughout the ordering and pick up process. • Please refrain from bringing your pets to stand in line if possible. • All Caffe Employees will have face coverings and be wearing gloves. • Sanitizer is available to guests at point of sale interaction. • We encourage the use of room charges and cards for payment. Contactless credit card process will be used. Pens will be sanitized after use.

GOLF The Suncadia Resort Courses are open for play and are adhering to the current State of Washington COVID_19 restrictions for play. Current Government Restrictions allow for foursome play and individuals to share carts. Other restrictions include, but are not limited to, the flagstick must remain in the hole and is not to be touched, social distancing rules still apply, and the course cannot assist members and customers with their golf bag. Please remember that these guidelines must be followed, otherwise our privilege to play golf may be taken away.

PROSPECTOR GOLF COURSE The Prospector Golf Course will adhere to the following hours of play: • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday tee times from 7:00am to 5:00PM • Wednesday tee times 7:00am to Noon • Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00am to 6:00 pm • Pro Shop opens one hour before play and closes at 6pm daily. Wednesday the pro shop closes at 1pm

ROPE RIDER The Rope Rider Golf Course will adhere to the following hours of play: • Monday, Tuesday, tee times from 7:00am to Noon • Wednesday tee times 7:00am to 5:00pm • Thursday 11:00am to 5pm • Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7:00am to 6:00 pm • Pro Shop opens one hour before play and closes at 1pm Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday thru Sunday the pro shop closes at 6pm

Check in with the starter 5 minutes prior to your tee time Social distancing rules apply on the course All towels, seed bottles and water coolers have been removed from your golf cart for your safety Bunker rakes, benches, trash bins and other furniture/fixtures have been removed from the golf course for your safety The bottom of the cup has been raised to allow you to retrieve your ball without touching the flagstick. If your ball comes to rest in a footprint in a bunker, please play it as ground under repair for that specific area; meaning you can take relief, but the relief must be taken inside the bunker no closer to the hole. As an additional option, you may choose to proceed under Rule 19.3b which deems the ball unplayable and allows relief outside the bunker under a penalty of two strokes. Please remember to collect and throw away your trash at the end of the round After your round, please take your cart to your car to unload your own clubs and return it to the cart staff in the staging area On course restrooms are available and are sanitized frequently throughout the day Food and Beverage is available on a "to go" or cart to cart basis only. The Bistro at Rope Rider is open. The Lunch Bucket at Prospector will open Friday May 22nd. Scores may be posted for handicap purposes under these modified COVID19 rules. Please post your scores thru the GHIN app on your phone as the pro shop handicap computers have been turned off for your safety

SPA

With the health and safety of our guests and colleagues as a top priority, we have altered spa operations, increased cleaning and sanitization and are offering a limited spa services menu. All guests and colleagues must adhere to the health and safety policies while at Glade Spring Spa. As the restrictions for operations change, please continue to check our website for the most up to date information. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. SWIM & FITNESS CENTER - OPEN DAILY 6AM-7PM SWIM: Currently, the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Outdoor Pool is open daily from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Two swim sessions, are available for registration 10am-2pm, and 3-7pm. Due to state regulations the pools can operate at only 50% occupancy, so reservations are currently required to utilize the pools. Guests registered thru Suncadia Resort will be given a link 48 hours in advance of the registered check-in. • Closed: Indoor/Outdoor Hot Tub, Sauna Steam, Locker Room/Showers • Closed from 2-3 for cleaning and sanitizing • Advanced Reservations are required • Restrooms are open • Facial coverings are required • Maintain Social Distancing during the entirety of your visit • Bring your own pool towels • CDC recommends showering for 1 min before entering the pool, outdoor showers are available

THE LODGE POOL 10and The lodge pool is open to lodge resort guests only. This pool is operating at limited capacity guests must follow government restrictions . This is first come first serve, and advanced reservations are not needed. HOURS: 10am – 5pm


RECREATION TRAILS AND PARKS Suncadia Trails and Paths are open for use. Dawson and Battista playgrounds and open spaces are currently open, for groups of 50 or less. During the use of these amenities, social distancing standards must be practiced.

You must cancel at least seven days prior to arrival or the full value of the reservation is charged. The full value equals the entire guest room reservation amount (including resort fee). Once you are within seven days of arrival, the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. Vacation Home Rentals The remaining balance of the reservation is charged thirty days prior to arrival. Once you are within thirty days of arrival, the reservation becomes nonrefundable and non-transferable.
