GOLF MEMBERSHIP If you love golf as much as we do, the Suncadia Club Golf Membership is for you.

Suncadia offers 36 holes of scenic, Pacific Northwest golf annually, from April through October.

INITIATION PRICING: $15,000 Initiation fees are subject to change annually and applicable to state and local taxes.

30-DAY PROMOTIONAL INITIATION: $8,500

RESTRICTIONS : Suncadia reserves the right to alter cancel this program at any time without any advanced notice. Benefits are only valid when the card holder is present with valid Suncadia Digital ID Card. Benefits are only available for up to four people per visit. Benefits, certificates and special offers cannot be redeemed for cash value, and are non-transferable. Expiration 12/31/2022.

ACCOMMODATIONS - Discounts for overnight accommodations are only valid for up to two units per night. Only valid Sunday-Friday, discounts are not available on Saturdays, holidays or for special events. Discount not valid towards taxes or resort fees. Discount only valid for units in the Suncadia Rental Program. Reservations must be made in advance. DINING - Discounts only available on food, excludes all alcohol and taxes. Only valid for owners + immediate family. Discounts only available for maximum of four people per check. HARD GOODS/EQUIPTMENT – Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Discounts are only available on ‘select’ items. Discounts only available on golf soft goods (not equipment). SPA – Discount not valid towards service charge, and blackout dates apply. PM/MEMBER CERTIFICATES: Four dining certificates annually at $50 per, one time use, must surrender at time of use. Four Swim and/or Fitness passes annually, for up to four people per pass. Use of the golf park, must be reserved in advance. Two Spa passes annually, one per person, access is based on availability and must be reserved in advance.
