SPA AMENITIES
All spa services 50 minutes or longer include access to the spa amenities during the day of your treatment(s). Please bring your swim wear and enjoy the outdoor mineral pools, saunas, indoor steam rooms, rainhead showers and sanctuary. Spa Unwind Passes can be purchased separately if you would like to enjoy the spa without scheduling a treatment. Lockers are provided, however, please do not bring valuables to the spa as Glade Spring Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
SCHEDULING
Our Spa Concierge are trained with you in mind. Service(s) will be recommended based on your goals and desired end result, to create your ideal spa experience. Reservations are held with a credit card. Please let the Spa Concierge know of any special needs at time of booking. Online reservations are also available at GladeSpringSpa.com.
CANCELLATION
Your treatment reservations and selected appointment times are held exclusively for you. If you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel, we respectfully request a minimum notification of 48 hours in advance. Cancellations, or missed appointments will be charged at 50% of the treatment price, per service, when the minimum notification times are not met. No-shows will be charged 100% of treatment price. If you need to reschedule, please contact the spa at 509.549.6470.
AGE GUIDELINES
Spa services and facility access is available for our guests ages 16 and up. Spa guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to use spa or locker room facilities and must be accompanied by adult while enjoying their spa/salon services.
To make your Glade Spring Spa experience as seamless as possible, a 20% gratuity will be applied to all treatments and is adjustable to your preference at time of check out.
CHECK-IN
We recommend checking in at least 30 minutes prior to your treatment start time. Arriving early allows you to change, fill out paperwork, enjoy our amenities, or simply familiarize yourself with our facility. If you arrive late, please note that your treatment will end as previously scheduled as a courtesy to the next guest.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
ALCOHOL GRATUITY
The spa will provide a robe and sandals. It is recommended that you completely disrobe for your spa service, however, undress to your comfort level and know that our therapists are trained in proper drap- ing techniques, so you will always feel comfortable. Swimwear is re- quired to use the spa amenities.
Some of our services include the offering of wine as part of your spa experience. Wine is also available for purchase by the glass or bottle. No more than two alcoholic beverages will be served on spa property. There is a $25 corkage fee (per bottle) if you choose to bring in your own wine. Must be 21 or over.
GLADE SPRING SPA UNWIND PASS
Spend the day enjoying all the amenities without a spa treatment. The Unwind pass offers you 2 hours of full access to the separate mens or ladies locker room, steam room, indoor co-ed sanctuary, outdoor co-ed saunas, and non-jetted salt soak pools. Passes are valid during business hours on day purchased. Access to the co-ed spa sanctuary and outdoor soaking pools is based on availability. Reservations are required.

These serum-infused, luxury collagen gel masks use precious gemstones and minerals to activate the chakras and rejuvenate the skin. Available for face, lips and eyes.

Water is known for its soothing properties. Both the sound and feel of water provide a calming effect. How many times have you stood in the shower and just loved the feeling of the water cascading down on you? Imagine that but while laying down and truly relaxing. Experience an incredible body scrub and wrap plus a hair treatment that gives an instant infusion of shine and moisture.
CBD BODY GLOW TREATMENT
This treatment features the powerful, regenerative properties of water-soluble broad-spectrum CBD sugar scrub. This scrub also helps to keep the skin hydrated, prevent stretch marks and breakouts, and helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite. After your shower, a CBD body butter is applied giving you glowing, exfoliated skin that also help to hydrate, relieve sore muscles, and relax the nervous system. *Products contain less than 0.3% THC per federal legal regulations. Relaxation meets recovery for your head, hands and feet after you complete the resorts 1,000 steps hike to the river and back. You are seated in one of our massaging pedicure chairs while your hands and feet are scrubbed and massaged to promote circulation, reduce swelling and fatigue. This includes a scalp treatment and scalp massage, optional noise canceling headphones and eye mask to complete this uniquely relaxing experience. This treatment is great for those that don’t want a full body treatment but all of the pampering. Also a great option for expecting mothers.

HYDRAFACIAL TREATMENTS
The HydraFacial treatments at Glade Spring Spa are non-invasive services that remove impurities while cleansing, hydrating, and moisturizing. We recommend a skin care regimen of one HydraFacial per month to maintain healthy skin and to reduce fine lines, wrinkles, brown spots, and clear up oily and congested skin.
PLATINUM HYDRAFACIAL SIGNATURE HYDRAFACIAL
This Signature Treatment combines three steps: a deep cleanse, exfoliation and painless extractions. Skin is replenished with super serums, antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. Immediate results include fine line and deep wrinkle reduction, acne treatment, and a reduction in the size of pores. Over time this treatment can help reduce the signs of early aging, hyper-pigmentation, and brown spots. Skin tone appears evened out and more radiant. NAILS
We regretfully are not able to remove or fix classic acrylic nails and dipped acrylic nails. Glade Spring Spa predominantly uses Dazzle Dry quick-dry natural nail system, a vegan lacquer, 5-free alternative to gel polishes. It dries in 5 minutes without UV light, wears like gel and removes like polish. By popular request, we are pleased to announce that we are now additionally offering gel manicures.
Please let us know if you are wearing gel polish on your nails (fingers or toes) when making reservations so additional removal time can be accounted for. Services under 50 minutes do not include Day Pass access.
