The 1,000 steps hike here at Suncadia (equivalent to a 393 stair climb) is no laughing matter. Recover and treat the hands and feet with a scrub and massage to promote circulation, reduce swelling and fatigue after a day outside. Includes a relaxing scalp treatment and massage that will leave you feeling renewed. This treatment is recommended for expecting moms.

ESSENTIAL BODY RITUAL 50 minutes

Essential oil ritual by Essence One will guide you through a relaxing spa journey. Choose your scent that will be infused throughout the entire relaxation ritual. You will experience a full body sugar scrub that is melted into the skin for pure hydration with a full body lotion application.

HONEY ROSE ESCAPE 65 minutes

Your full body sugar scrub is melted away when warm honey is applied to heal and soften the skin. Hydrating products for the scalp will leave you in a perfect state of relaxation that your whole body will experience. Rinse in our Vital Rain shower equipped with three body surrounding shower heads and a rainfall plunge. To melt away any tension that is left and help to encourage full muscle and mind relaxation, hot stones are then placed on the body during your Rose Neroli hydration treatment, these oils soften and nourish the skin while calming the nerves and elevating the senses.

VICHY SHOWER EXPERIENCE 80 minutes

Water is known for its soothing properties. Both the sound and feel of water provide a calming effect. How many times have you stood in the shower and just loved the feeling of the water cascading down on you? Imagine that but while laying down and truly relaxing.
