'm currently sipping a strong cup of coffee while admiring the fresh Welsh sunrise. Seasons may change, but my coffee remains a constant, especially as we prepare for our upcoming awards—I'm definitely indulging in a few extra cups these days!

On our cover, we feature a new player in the Welsh wellness scene, IV Wetroom, which has taken the market by storm with its intravenous drip therapy led by Dr Jerry. Initially, I was a bit sceptical about the benefits of drips— was it just a wellness fad? However, after a few treatments, I can confidently say I feel more energised than ever. All-New Mazda6e Coming Soon

A sleek and stylish five-door hatchback, the Mazda6e is Mazda's new BEV for Europe.

Arriving in the UK in 2026, UK pricing and specification will be revealed later.

The Mazda6e has been revealed with two battery options: 68.8kWh or 80kWh. Mazda revealed its new BEV for the European market at the 2025 Brussels Motor Show. A stylish electric hatchback with a fastback saloon style, the Mazda6e will go on sale in left-hand drive European markets in 2025 before arriving in UK dealers in the first half of 2026.

An all-new mid-sized electric car, the Mazda6e brings a fresh take to the well-regarded internal combustion engine-powered Mazda6, which, across three generations from 2002 to 2023, was a popular model with European and UK customers. The all-new Mazda6e represents a fresh take on its predecessors, featuring a modern, flowing exterior, a sleek cabin design, and Mazda's famed focus on the experience behind the wheel.

Launched with two powertrain options to allow for customers' differing preferences, the Mazda6e is offered with a choice of 68.8kWh or 80kWh battery. The 68.8kWh version offers a range of up to 300miles and with 200kW DC charging it charges from 10 to 80 per cent in just 22 minutes, meaning a range of 145miles can be added in 15 minutes. The electric motor delivers 258ps for a 0-62mph performance of 7.6seconds.

For customers prioritising longer range usage, the 80kWh version enables a range of up to 345miles and with 244ps reaches 62mph in 7.8secs.

Both versions produce the same 320Nm of torque with a rear-wheel drive layout. The longer range 80kWh Mazda6e will charge from 10 to 80 per cent in 45 minutes, and like the smaller battery version, supports DC rapid charging.

At the front the new glowing signature wing lights around the grille to give a unique face to the Mazda6e. It features dynamic illumination, which makes the wings appear to flutter when the car is charging, while the lighting also indicates charge status.

In profile, the parallel lines running down the sides emphasise the sleekness of the Mazda6e's silhouette, while the light-catching effect of the lower door shapes is another example of how the surfacing of Kodo design uniquely creates the expression of movement.

The Mazda6e's 19-inch wheels have a range-boosting aerodynamic design that features a sporty five-spoke design with flat black surfaces.

In conversation with Dr Jerry, the CEO and founder of IVWETROOM® Our writer, Emma Meese, explores the intravenous drip brand that is redefining modern wellness and empowering individuals to take control of their health.

When you meet the founder of IVWETROOM®, it's clear this isn't just another wellness start-up chasing the next trend.

Emma: Let’s start at the beginning. What inspired you to create IVWETROOM®?

Dr Jerry is an A&E trauma doctor with a genuine desire to change how we think about health and disease prevention.

When we discuss wellness, he stresses the importance of focussing on it as a core essential not as a luxury add-on. His vision? To

Dr Jerry: It really began as an idea about how to ease pressure on the NHS. I wanted to find a way to help people take better care of their health, especially after COVID, when it became clear that so many of us needed to strengthen our wellbeing.

I’ve always believed that if people were healthier day to day the NHS could focus on those who truly need it. The skills within our health service are extraordinary, from the doctors and nurses to the physios and radiographers.

I wanted to complement that system, not compete with it. That’s where the idea for IV WETROOM® was born.

Emma: The name is intriguing. Why “IV WETROOM®”... what does that mean?

Dr Jerry: It's more than just a catchy name. W.E.T. stands for Wellness, Empowerment, and Trust.

Those are our core founding values.

I wanted to create a brand that people could see as a fortress for Wellness, a place where they feel empowered to make better choices about their health and trust the professionals helping them do it.

Also, to put trust in themselves.

Our clients are proactive and realise that prevention is better than a cure.

Of course, there is an element that can be used to help treat hangovers, but IV drips offer much more than that. They can help people with all kinds of symptoms, from lethargy and fatigue, muscle cramps and pain, all the way through to menopausal symptoms.

Many, if not most of us, have some form of gastrointestinal inflammation due to the processed foods we eat. That's not to mention those who have formal inflammatory bowel conditions like Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis.

As I wrote those words down the letters W.E.T. jumped out at me, and I knew they had to be in the name. That's how it came about.

We acknowledge that everyone is on a unique health journey, and we want to be there to support you in whatever way we can while also providing you with the tools to help yourself.

The sum effect is that we can't absorb nutrients in the way that we think, and consequently we end up deficient in things we don't even realise.

Emma: Who is IVWETROOM® for?

Do you ever get that twitching in your eyelid where it just flickers for no obvious reason?

Dr Jerry: Our audience is broad, but they share a mindset. They’re people who want to take control of their health rather than wait for it to decline.

Emma: Yes, it's because I'm tired, right?

We work with everyone from busy professionals and executives to athletes and bridal parties, as well as wellness enthusiasts.

Essentially, anyone who values feeling their best and wants a safe, medically led, way to achieve that.

Most of us are walking around at 30-35% of what we could be and when our bodies give us signs that something is deficient, we chalk it off as "oh, it’s because I slept funny" or because I'm tired.

Dr Jerry: Actually, it can be a sign that your magnesium is low.

Emma: I never knew that!

Dr Jerry: Exactly!

Emma: The IV drip space has grown rapidly, particularly in America and Dubai, but it's also relatively new to many people. How do you ensure credibility and safety?

Dr Jerry: That's a great question, and one we take incredibly seriously.

Every aspect of IV WETROOM® is medically governed.

We only use registered healthcare professionals, doctors and nurses, to administer our drips. All our formulas are created to clinical standards and regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council.

For us, it's about merging medical integrity with a modern approach to wellness. We don't cut corners when it comes to your health.

Emma: What have been some of the biggest challenges in starting IVWETROOM®?

Dr Jerry: Launching a new wellness brand always comes with challenges, especially one that bridges healthcare and lifestyle.

Educating people has been key as it helps them understand that IV therapy isn't a fad, but a sciencebacked way to support the body.

Building trust takes time but when clients experience the tangible benefits, that's when the brand truly comes to life.

Helping people understand that IV therapy is not a gimmick but a safe, science-led, way to optimise health takes time. But once they experience the benefits of improved energy, recovery and focus they become advocates."

"At the end of the day, we're medical professionals and we're here to help people feel better, perform better, and live better. That’s who we are; it's what we do" he says with a smile.

Dr Jerry: COVID really exposed how fragile health can be, even among people who thought they were "fine." It showed that prevention matters when it comes to nutrition, hydration, immunity and recovery.

I wanted to create something proactive, something that helps people strengthen their foundation rather than wait for illness.

That belief became the heartbeat of IVWETROOM®. On a personal note, I lost my father at the very start of the COVID pandemic. He passed away and then literally the next day we went into lockdown, so it was impossible for me to separate the two events.

I didn't believe it was his time to go.

For all the people out there, who lost loved ones and colleagues, I'm on a mission to see that we don't lose unnecessarily like that again. Health truly is one of the most important things we can invest in, so we're bringing it!

Emma: What's next for IVWETROOM®?

Dr Jerry: We're expanding our reach so look out for us in gyms, luxury hotels and corporate wellness spaces. These are places where people already invest in how they look and feel. But more importantly, we're building a movement around informed wellness. Health and wellness are becoming huge in South Wales, there are already some businesses that have paved the way in starting that movement and we tip our hat to them.

We want to work with those businesses and help offer more services to their clients so that everybody wins. We're not just offering drips; we're offering education, empowerment, and a healthier future. That's the real vision behind IV WETROOM®.

’m typing this in a beautiful writer’s cabin in mid-Wales, sat at an antique wooden desk looking out at the rolling Welsh hills for inspiration.

Autumn is my favourite season, as much as I love the sun there’s something comforting about the fashion season that’s designed to envelop us in comforting layers. The warm fabrics and colours in the shops, reflecting those of nature around us.

I take it as a welcome sign to slow down and press the reset button.

If we keep adding to the load, it becomes too heavy to carry.

As a working single parent, I love the Summer, but am always frazzled at the end of it!

We are programmed to respond to the pings of emails and WhatsApps as soon as we hear them. While I love living in a connected world (my friends know I would choose Wi-Fi over a toilet facility anywhere we go!), the down side is we now expect instant gratification and results.

Coming on this solo-trip I was worried about being left alone with nothing but my thoughts for company. It turned out to be exactly what I needed.

They say with age comes wisdom, and I’ve learned the hard way that unless we occasionally slow down we will be forced to by burnout and fatigue.

Looking out at the stunning view in front of me I can see the greenery turning shades of brown, red, yellow and copper as the leaves fall like nature’s confetti.

At first glance, it looks as though they are weakening as they let go of their leaves. But in reality they are growing stronger.

Redirecting energy from their branches down into their roots, storing strength for the winter, and preparing for the fresh burst of life that will come in Spring.

I wrongly thought that growth came from keeping going, doing more and achieving more.

TRAVEL Autumn, with its richness and beauty, is a reminder to let go of what no longer serves us and to embrace what lies ahead.

Maybe I’m just more in tune with the world around me than I realised.

In many ways, trees are at their strongest in Autumn, because they’re consolidating their strength, focusing on what really matters beneath the surface to have all they need to thrive in the future.

There’s something powerful in that lesson. Shedding what no longer serves us, focusing instead on what will carry us forward.

I’ve often referred to myself as being solar-powered, I’m less energetic and less keen to start new projects until Spring rolls around again.

As a journalist for almost thirty years, I’ve always had a keen interest in the news and current affairs. A recent headline that struck a chord with me said that fellow journalist, and the face of breakfast TV, Fiona Phillips was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s disease.

Regardless of her experience, influence or family wealth at age 60 she was handed a sentence that is robbing her of her life while she is still alive.

It was a stark reminder that tomorrow is never promised. None of us know what lies ahead.

If the last few years have taught me anything, it’s that life can change in an instant. But it has also taught me that resilience, joy, and even adventure can be found in unexpected places.

Autumn, with its richness and beauty, is a reminder to let go of what no longer serves us and to embrace what lies ahead.

So, this season, wrap up in your favourite coat, say yes to that new experience, and chase the moments that make your heart beat faster.

Sophie & Alex Share their Special Day at Sant Ffraed House with Style of the City.

How did you and Alex first meet?

We met on Bumble - I messaged first! When we met up in person, Alex walked straight past me in the bar, so I had to shout “ALEX!” to get his attention.

From that moment, we hit it off straight away.

Tell us about the proposal.

It happened while we were on holiday in Mykonos. Alex suggested we go for a drink to watch the sunset. Earlier, he hinted that I looked a bit casual for dinner and suggested I change - but I didn’t listen.

When we walked down the steps

to the breathtaking proposal space Alex had organised, and I saw candles, flowers, and champagne, it finally twigged!

The only problem was that I realised I was in the wrong dress for the photos, so after ‘I said yes’ I ran back to change (obvs!).

Why did you choose Sant Ffraed House?

What made your wedding unique?

I always knew I wanted a big, traditional wedding in Wales. Still, I also wanted that luxurious, glamorous feel you usually only find in London, and no venues in Cardiff or South Wales, in fact, ticked the box. So when Sant Ffraed House launched, it was exactly everything I was looking for - modern but timeless, and I advised Alex we must visit, as it was so us. As soon as Alex saw it, there was no question that Sant Ffraed was our venue.

The people, the energy, and the atmosphere. I love a party, and we wanted it to feel incredible.

Our band, Sol and the Gang, were amazing - everyone was on the tables waving napkins in the air before starters! The flowers from Eve Francesca were simply stunning. I’m also the co-founder of the luxury candle brand Sophie James Mayfair, so it was only fitting that I curated a signature scent for my wedding day, and each guest was gifted a candle. That was super special to me. The food was all freshly prepared by the incredible in-house kitchen at Sant Ffraed, and my guests all commented that it was some of the best food they've ever had at a wedding and was high-end restaurant quality.

What was your first dance song?

Brand New by Mic Lowry. Hardly anyone knows it, but it was perfect for us.

As soon as Alex saw it, there was no question that Sant Ffraed was our venue.

What advice would you give to other couples?

cclaimed chef Tom Simmons has announced a new direction for his beloved Pontcanna-based restaurant, Thomas by Tom Simmons, which will relaunch in January 2026 with a new name, new look, and new concept.

The restaurant will reopen as Thomas The Brasserie, marking the next evolution of Tom’s culinary journey in Cardiff.

While the restaurant will remain at its familiar home in Pontcanna, diners can expect a brand-new menu and refreshed atmosphere that reflect Tom’s vision for the future of dining - relaxed, vibrant, and welcoming.

The new concept will blend the warmth of a neighbourhood restaurant with the polish of Tom’s signature cooking style, combining comfort, quality, and creativity.

Pembrokeshire-born Tom, who ran popular restaurant Tom Simmons, Tower Bridge in London before returning to Wales, said: “We are so proud of what we have achieved in the last six years at Thomas, but we feel ready for a new chapter. This is a reinvention on our original concept, as I’ve noticed that diners are looking for good, honest food without the high prices. We love being part of the Pontcanna neighbourhood and we’re hopeful The Brasserie will be a go-to for everyone who wants to enjoy good local food at reasonable prices.

“I want everyone to be able to enjoy what we create, without compromising on quality. Our goal at

The Spa at Carden, Cheshire – A Girls' Day of Glamour and Laughter A few months later, I swapped romance for revelry. My birthday, celebrated with my best friend, called for something special, so we headed to The Spa at Carden, a temple of modern indulgence set among 1,000 acres of Cheshire countryside.

Carden doesn't whisper wellness; it celebrates it. From the moment we arrived, fizzing hot tubs and glasswalled saunas beckoned. We started, naturally, with a glass of Bollinger from the Champagne Bar, before wandering into the vast spa garden, a wonderland of outdoor pools, heated pods, and fire pits.

Inside, everything gleams: marble floors, soft lighting, that perfect spa hush. Treatments are indulgent, but the real magic is in the space itself; it's immersive, glamorous, and joyfully grown-up.

We left glowing and giggling, a little lighter in every sense. If ever a spa embodied the phrase "treat yourself," Carden Park is it. They also host evening summer party nights with DJs, creating the true Ibiza vibe without ever leaving Cheshire - we will be back!

Later, wrapped in our coats, we walked the lakeshore and small marina area before dinner and enjoyed a nightcap by the fire. Low Wood Bay has that rare balance of luxury and wilderness, polished but never pretentious, restorative yet raw in its beauty.

For my husband's birthday, we went north again, this time to Low Wood Bay, perched right on the shores of Lake Windermere. Even before you step inside, the view stops you: endless silver water framed by the soft rise of the fells.

The spa is sleek and light-filled, built to bring the outdoors in. We moved lazily between saunas, steam rooms, and the open-air infinity pool, watching clouds drift across the lake.

The contrast of cool air and warm water was hypnotic. While we were there, the Lake went from beautiful to being shrouded in mist within an hour, so a nearby rowboat appeared to be floating through clouds.

The Takeaway Three spas, three moods, and three ways to reset. Losehill House is for foodies and romantics craving quiet luxury. Carden Park is for friends who want glamour and laughter with their facials, and Low Wood Bay is for anyone who needs nature's calm waters to steady their soul.

Each offered something different: peace, play, connection, but all reminded me that self-care isn't selfish. Sometimes it's a long dinner, a shared laugh, or just time spent in a robe, watching the world slow down and the light changing reflections in a lake.

his year, I wanted to enhance my work-life balance. I'm getting to understand how important it is to take a break, but being who I am, the thought of a holiday always comes last on my list. This September, I had the privilege of staying at Cavo Spado, a five-star hotel located in the heart of Crete.

The resort is situated on the west side of Crete, about 22 km west of Chania, in the village of Rapaniana/Kolymbari.

My daughter and I headed to Bristol Airport (Cardiff doesn't offer direct flights to Crete), but a 40-minute coach journey from Sophia Gardens in Cardiff takes you directly to the airport.

The journey felt quick and easy.

Once we arrived, there was so much to explore. After checking in and enjoying a coffee break along with a delicious

breakfast, we were ready to board our flight. We flew with Jet2 Holidays and arrived at Chania Airport. The resort is approximately 30-35 minutes away by car, and upon arrival, the team welcomed us with a swift check-in process.

From daily water aerobics and yoga to an indoor spa area, there was something for everyone. One of the highlights of my trip was the spa experience; after a fullbody massage, I felt as if I were floating — it was exactly what I needed.

As we stepped outside into the main area, we were surrounded by beauty and elegance. One of the most attractive features of the hotel is the large lagoonstyle outdoor pool, complete with a swim-up bar serving delicious cocktails (I indulged in quite a few). The main pool is also just a short walk from the beach. The private beach, only steps away, was clean and peaceful — perfect for a morning swim.

I particularly loved the variety of room options. We stayed in a swim-up superior junior suite, which did not disappoint. The room features a private pool area separated from the next room via a divider that offers privacy, and my daughter was thrilled with it, spending every morning practising her strokes.

My Verdict If you are looking for a peaceful getaway to unwind, Cavo Spado is the place to go. We can't wait to return!

One of the most welcoming aspects of the hotel was the different themed nights. We enjoyed a dinner featuring traditional live Greek dancing, and there was also a fishthemed night that was truly divine. The staff were always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, especially the general manager, who took the time to get to know us and assist with our itinerary.

A highlight of our trip was our visit to Chania, located approximately 35 minutes by car from the hotel. This incredible place truly took my breath away. Chania Old Town is a historical gem, with its cobblestone streets and beautiful harbour that immerse you in authentic Greek history and culture. There were so many shops and food options to explore that it added real depth to our trip, making it feel magical—truly the perfect way to end our adventure.

The food was incredible, with an abundance of choices for breakfast and dinner. Lunch was also a highlight, featuring its own ice cream station.

T

his year, Autumn announced itself quite clearly with a distinct drop in temperature, prompting us to reach for our flimsy T-shirts and opt for a cosy sweater to combat the seasonal chill. I love this time of year, taking long walks and kicking up the waves of multi-coloured, crisp leaves underfoot in the local parklands with my daughter and our dog, Lulu Belle. It's a great way to build up an appetite for a hearty lunch or supper.

This time of year also brings us that extra hour in bed, which I cherish; it is like being permitted to be a little lazy, even if you are working. Then there is that inherent yearning for comfort food, because we need more sustenance, like a squirrel preparing for hibernation. We want those slowcooked, deep-flavoured one-pot classics, such as a rich and delicious stew and dumplings, or a good spicy chilli, or hearty soup with a chunk of crusty bread, each of these a steaming bowl of goodness to nurture the body and soul.

The change in seasons brings a harvest of amazing ingredients, and autumn is particularly plentiful with offerings of root vegetables, greens, squash, pumpkins, apples, pears, and quince. In the wild, there are blackberries, damsons and sloes to pick, and from abroad, the new season of citrus and nuts arrives. Historically, this is the time of year when the kitchen would be the hive of activity, preserving the glut of whatever was available from the fields, garden and the wild.

I am currently in the middle of my annual preserving marathon with quince jam, Onion and Port Marmalade, Spiced Apple Chutney, Christmas mincemeat, and a Blackberry Liqueur all underway. The house smells amazing and nostalgic, evoking memories of times spent growing up with my mum in the kitchen, helping her preserve the harvest from our farm garden.

My mum was a great cook, and two simple dishes that really stand out from the past are Stuffed jacket potatoes and Baked Stuffed Apples. You may think this is a little lacklustre, but there is so much depth in simplicity. Take a couple of large spuds, scrubbed clean, smeared with a little oil and dusted with sea salt, then baked until crisp.

Once opened to reveal the fluffy interior, they are just begging for lashings of butter and more!

I have included a recipe for my Greedy Stuffed Jacket Potatoes, and I urge you to try them; they are utterly delicious and super filling. Similarly, the apple recipe is an almost forgotten dessert that delivers a stunning toffee-apple flavour, which can transport you to utopia if paired with a deep puddle of hot custard.

I will finish with a little note on soup. With so many choices of what to eat these days, we always struggle to choose something for supper when shopping, and by the time we reach home, we have often changed our minds.

I always find it really gratifying to cook something simple from scratch; it offers us more than just food. For instance, making a soup is a great way to unwind in the kitchen; all that peeling, chopping, stirring, and the wonderful aromas can be really uplifting. One of my favourite soups is an Italian Ribollita, which uses stale, crusty bread, white beans, and cabbage.

"What?" I hear you cry. Believe me when I say that this is a deeply satisfying soup originally created at the hands of The Italian Nonnas, and who's to argue with them!

Here are my simple recipes for you to try.

Baked Autumn ApplesServes 4 4 lovely large eating apples, I used Cox's, but Golden Delicious are also good 1 teaspoon lemon zest 2 teaspoons lemon juice 100g pitted dates, finely chopped 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 80g salted butter 50g ground almonds, or other nuts will be fine 4 bay leaves -optional

What you do Preheat the oven to 180 °C/Gas Mark 4.

Prepare the apples: Remove the cores of the apples with an apple corer, then insert the corer a couple of times further to increase the cavity to double the initial size. Using the tip of a small, sharp knife, make a shallow cut around the circumference of each apple.

This will help the apple cook through and prevent it from splitting during baking.

Make the filling and bake: Mix together the lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped dates, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter and the ground almonds in a bowl.

Spoon the mixture into the apple cavities and pack them in using the end of a dessert spoon. Pile any remaining filling on top. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. The apples should be soft through and golden at the edges.

Serve: Garnish with bay leaves and serve with a dollop of full-fat Greek yoghurt or crème fraîche, or opt for a generous serving of steaming custard.

Greedy Baked Potatoes- serves 2 2 large baking potatoes 1 large red onion Filling 70g salted butter 3 tablespoons crème fraîche

Topping- optional

Ribolata- serves 4 4 tablespoons olive oil 2 medium onions, peeled and diced 2 large carrots, peeled and diced 3 sticks of celery, peeled, cut into sticks, then diced 3 large peeled cloves of garlic, finely chopped or grated 1 bay leaf 1 level teaspoon fennel seeds ½ teaspoon chilli flakes 400g can of chopped tomatoes 250g cooked cannellini beans with 250-400ml cooking reserved (if using tinned or from a jar, drain, rinse and use water to make up the liquid needed) 300g cavolo nero/kale, ribs removed and coarsely shredded 4 thick slices of bread ( sourdough, focaccia or ciabatta is best)

Mix with six tablespoons of olive oil, three tablespoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of fennel seeds, one teaspoon of chilli flakes, one teaspoon of chopped thyme leaves, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan to finish.

What you do Heat the olive oil, add the onion, carrot, and celery, stir through, and sauté gently. Place a piece of baking parchment directly on top and then a lid. Cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, coloured, and slightly sticky - about 20 minutes. Stir in the garlic, bay, fennel seeds and chilli, cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the tomatoes and cook until reduced slightly- the mixture should be thickish- about 10 minutes.

Add the beans, along with 250ml of their cooking liquid, and simmer for 30 minutes.

Tear up the slices of bread and add to the pan. Add the cavolo nero or kale and stir it in. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, add a little more bean liquid or stock if needed—season to your liking.

60 g full-flavoured cheese, grated 1 level teaspoon sea salt ½ teaspoon fresh, ground black pepper 200g spinach 1 small leek, trimmed and sliced thinly To finish 25g walnut halves, roughly 5 stems flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped 1 tablespoon sultanas or dried cranberries

What you do Heat the oven to 220C/425F/ gas mark 7. Bake the potatoes and onion for about an hour, or until they are soft all the way through. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Keep the skins. Peel the onion and chop it, then pop it into a bowl and set it aside. Add 25g of the butter, crème fraîche, cheese, salt and pepper to the potato and mash to combine.

To serve, prepare the topping by mixing all the ingredients together. Ladle the ribolita into warmed bowls, then spoon the topping over and sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan.

Sephora UK rolled out the black carpet for a dazzling VIP launch party that gave Caerdydd a taste of Sephora's signature sparkle, with guests having received an exclusive Sephora Welsh Love Spoon in the post to invite them to the soiree.

Inside, the celebrations kicked off with live performances, bilingual entertainment, and a guest list featuring celebrities, content creators, media, and local officials. The evening was a vibrant fusion of Sephora's global prestige and Cardiff's proud local culture, complete with custom Welsh-themed canapés from Cardiff's local culinary trailblazers. The night saw attendees from top influencers, including Wayne Goss, Kristy Webley, Ieuan Jones, and Kane Hinge, as well as stellar performances from Lip Sync Queen and RuPaul's Drag Race UK star Actavia, singer Amlish, and vogueing performers from the House of BVLGARI Prada — all introduced by the brilliant MC and host (and star of The Voice Wales), Aleighcia Scott.
