Our style of food is authentic Italian, offering a range of wood-fired pizzas, homemade pasta and gnocchi. Who goes there? Lots of couples and young people coming in to experience Il Verde’s signature Cheese Wheel special of an entree of focaccia, polenta chips, a main of creamy cheese pasta mixed in our wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano and a chef ’s special pannacotta! that heat is a source of energy that transforms the way we eat. I love how it can take food in one form and transform it into another with a complete different taste, texture and touch. I am passionate about working with dough, and creating unique wood fire pizza creations. Who would you most like to cook for? Everyone and anyone! For me, I love cooking to change opinions. For example, if I learn someone doesn’t like fish, I want to cook them a fish dish to transform the way they think and feel about food. All food is delicious in its own way!
