Natalia Shigrov, Jeffrey Zaphiropoulos & Melissa Connors.
DETERMINED TO DELIVER a delectable selection of simple, modern and wholesome food, Moreish Cafe owner Jeffrey Zaphiropoulos is passionate about going above and beyond to let his creativity shine on the plate. Working as a chef for 16 years, Jeff always dreamed of owning his own café. Two years ago, he finally decided to take the plunge. “I’ve always wanted to have my own café and to put my own spin on it. I thought it was time to make my dreams come true,” says Jeff. From the breakfast Fitness Plate and red velvet pancakes to bagels and burrito bowls, the menu boasts a variety of meals for every palate. But their offering doesn’t stop there; the salad
bar and smoothie bar serves up fresh and healthy alternatives for breakfast and lunch daily. The relaxed, industrial vibe of the café is complemented by welcoming service, with talented baristas serving up premium Campos coffee. Jeff is passionate about supporting other local businesses as well as his own. This local love is evident in the meals that Moreish prepares daily, with locally-sourced produce taking pride of place. Moreish Cafe prides itself on a mix of modern and wholesome eats and treats, while working to cater to customer dietary requirements.
