As we move into (hopefully) warmer weather, all year groups will be practicing their tennis skills this half-term.

Week 1 of tennis has been a huge success and we are blown away at the level of tennis being displayed by our children.

Tennis is great for developing hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness, a key focus in the fundamental skills we practice through the school. Small catching games have been thoroughly enjoyed this week and it was fantastic to see many students challenge themselves.

Year 1 to Year 3 children have made excellent progress with their hockey skills. They are much more comfortable when moving with the ball and are currently working on passing on the move.

We are very much looking forward to this half term and please have a look at some of our budding athletes in action.
