75 + 1 Anniversary Gala Ball

Two years in the making clearly promoted a build-up of excitement and expectation and the St Peters Gala Ball delivered a cracking night of great entertainment, food, company and a wonderful donation to Youngcare.

On Saturday 23 October over 400 of our St Peters community gathered at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre in their finest gowns and suits to celebrate the, postponed (from 2020), 75 year Anniversary Gala Ball.

The evening's entertainment kept everyone guessing and engaged with shows from magician, Jason Gray, and the Baker Boys Band who played classic covers well into the night. Most importantly, we had great success in terms of raising almost $50,000 for nominated charity, Youngcare.

A huge thank you to the incredible Kat Feeney who took on the role as Master of Ceremonies for the night. Her funny, engaging personality kept the evening moving —thank you, Kat!

A huge thank you to Ray White Springfield, Hurom, Your Brain in Mind, the Tziolis family and Steele Wrobel for sponsoring the event—without your assistance, the night would not have come together as well as it did. A final thank you to all our prize donors and supporters. The prizes you donated to our raffles and auctions were incredible and we know there are a lot of happy people in our community, keen to make good use of their electric scooter and Gabba Corporate box tickets.
