NOTE FROM THE PRESIDENT

As we bring the year to a close, I am reflecting on many of the notable accomplishments our team has made throughout 2022 The year started with lingering effects from COVID, and the many challenges it brought to our industry. I remain very proud of the courage and perseverance our team showed during that unforgettable time. It was through those challenges that our team showcased its strengths, including the ability to adapt quickly.

The process changes and procedural enhancements we implemented have made our team and platform stronger and more versatile than ever. This is evident through the growth we have seen over the last several years. We have added several new clients and communities taking our company to new states including Florida and Virginia We have added numerous new team members throughout the country that have contributed to our continued growth and success including the expansion of our Student Living platform As we head into 2023, we are well poised for continued expansion and I look forward to working with each of you to create new opportunities for growth as we continue to make StoneCreek one of the premier providers of residential housing throughout the country. Even with all of the changes, one thing remains the same and that is our never-ending quest to provide the highest level of service to our residents, clients, and partners.
