Celebrating Joe Ryan’s Retirement
After 17 years at Cape Trails and over a decade with StoneCreek, Joe Ryan is retiring! As Maintenance Supervisor, Joe was the backbone of our team completing 50+ student turn seasons, overseeing 2,450 unit turnovers, and welcoming 2,400 residents His expertise, problem-solving skills, and dedication to quality left a lasting impact on Cape Trails and The District at Cape.
Beyond his technical skills, Joe was a mentor, a team player, and a friend to many. While we’ll miss him, we know he’s looking forward to fishing with his grandson, gardening, and woodworking in retirement

Colleen Whalen is a seasoned Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the Business/Finance industry She currently overseas 13 properties in her portfolio, where she provides assistance in all financial related tasks to support the property. Colleen has a Batchelor’s degree in Accounting .
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and furbabies, enjoy playing Piano, being with people in general and giving and providing help to those who need it
