StoneCreek Communities is proud to announce its Midwest expansion with the management takeover of 19 premier apartment communities across Nebraska and Missouri. This growth includes 16 properties in Omaha, Lincoln, and Bellevue, Nebraska, along with The Falls of Columbia, Cross Creek Villas and The Residences at Old Hawthorne in Columbia, Missouri. These communities offer diverse living options, ranging from modern apartments to spacious townhomes, and are designed to enhance residents' lifestyles with amenities such as fitness centers, swimming pools, and pet-friendly environments.
