This program is designed for learners who require significant foundation skills support to access a vocational pathway. It teaches reading, writing and numeracy along with providing the opportunity for students to experience several industry sectors.

(RTO, Guilford Young College 1129) This entry-level qualification is designed to help learners build basic knowledge and to prepare for a career in the automotive industry. The Certificate I and II in Automotive Vocational Preparation is a pre-apprenticeship course. It is for students who would like to develop their skills and knowledge to progress to become qualified as a light vehicle automotive technician or motor mechanic.
