Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement

Fresh Start Tuesdays ADULTS Online Join Cathy and Frank for weekly discussions about staying healthy, enjoying life and dealing with the pandemic. Intro to the Instant Pot ADULTS Online Join Kirsten in her kitchen through your computer or phone to discover how you can make meals easier and faster using an electric pressure cooker. The goal of this introductory class is to get you comfortable with electric pressure cooking while making appetizers starting with easy peel hard cooked eggs, fast rosemary "roasted" potatoes and cocktail meatballs.

The Feldenkrais Method® harnesses both, using your brain’s deepest means of improvement (scientists call it “neuroplasticity”) to create change. This class uses movement and guided attention to evoke new, more efficient patterns to reduce pain, tension and fatigue and to improve your coordination, flexibility, balance, strength and focus.
