Meeting Minutes. President Don Searls called the meeting to order with 24 members and guest present. Minutes from last meeting and treasurers reports were read and approved. Old Business: The cruise nights for the club during the month of September will be in Perryville on September 13 at the Sonic and in Conway on September 20 at the Sonic. The time for each cruise night will be at 6:30 pm. The Pickles Gap car show was a success. There were 86 cars present at the show. The trophies were our only expense and they have been paid for. The club made approximately $700.00. New Business: We had several new members attending our meeting. They were John Dugger, Ricky and Karla Beene, and Joannie and Dane White. There will officer nominations at the October meeting. Don Searls will not be running for president this next year. Don presented car show pamphlets for future car shows during the month of September and some in October. Buddy presented information about the Petit Jean fall antique car swap meet and military vehicle show. It will be held on September 21-24, 2011. There will be a show-n-shine in Conway on October 7, 8 and 9, 2011. Buddy talked about the Museum of Automobiles endowment fund. The endowment fund insures the up keep and operation of the museum. The fall cruise will be on October 22, 2011. The cruise will go to Hardy, Arkansas. Motion was made to adjourn. 50/50. Won by Vivian Bates Eat Out. Eat out will be at Chicken Express in Conway on September 22. Cruise Nights. Conway Sonic: September 20 ; Perryville Sonic: September 13
