Meeting Minutes Meeting was called to order with 20 members and guests present. Minutes and treasurers report were read and approved. Old Business - Don had fliers for April car shows and was also reminded that the TSD Car Show is on April 30. Don explained the status of the clubs nonprofit status. Papers were filed with Faulkner County and 1989 but not with the state. New Business -The main topic of business was our car show that takes palce April 30. Don passeda signup sheet for anyone who to volunteer. A picture of our 25th anniversary trophy was shown. It will be a replica of an old gas pump with TSC anniversary dates on it. We will use most of the trophies for winners that are not in

the club. Unused trophies from previous years will also be used. A anniversary dash plaque was handed to each member also. These will be given to everyone that registers at the car show. Kevin took orders for the 25th anniversary TSCC t-shirt. He will put the old gas pump picture on the back of the shirt. He will also make up some 25th anniversary shirts to sell to the public. Don will send a letter concerning the scholarship to the Auto Collision program. The students interested will need to be at the May meeting. Meeting adjourned.

From The President Can you believe it... it is April already and Toad Suck Daze is a week early this year. April 30, we will host the Toad Suck Daze Car Show and will be presenting some really cool trophies and dash plaques to each person registered. I hope everyone is ready for the day as we will need some people down there at 6am to start setting up. I know that is early, but if you have ever been around this car show, you know cars start showing up early. I’d also like to thank everyone for be willing to make the changes we have made over the past few years, and going along with some of the ideas we have come up with over the past few years. It has been fun and makes me think what we can do going forward. If you can make the eat-out on April 28 at Wimpy’s we will be discussing last minute details aobut the car show. I should also know in the next day or so about the Friday media event. Founded in 1986, the Toad Suck Car Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of any an all cars and trucks.
