Glenn Cohen Director

Spencer Fenton Head of Global Sales & Marketing

At the tender age of just 19 Glenn founded one of East London’s leading multi-disciplined Property Agency’s. He has since become an experienced Director & CEO of Residential & Commercial Property Organisations including Asset Management, Property Development & Property Fund Management.

Spencer trained as a certified accountant at one of London’s top 20 firms.

His business achievements were featured in the “Who’s Who Young Property Entrepreneurs” business directory for property industry based achievements and he has featured in many National Press Releases & Radio programmes offering his knowledge on the Countries Housing Market and conditions. Glenn’s services have also been adopted on a consultancy basis in local government advising London Borough’s on Regeneration Programmes.

Having fully qualified in 1992, he joined a practice in Loughton, Essex and worked as an associate partner. During the 1990’s, Spencer developed a keen interest in the property industry, and advised clients in all aspects of investments. This included overseas Developments, with a particular focus on ‘Off Plan’ opportunities in Southern Spain & the Marbella region. Spencer provides exceptional service ensuring that the individual needs & requirements of his clients are met in a timely and professional manner.

Elliot started his career with an independent Commercial Property Company based in Central London advising clients on both Rental Investments & Development Opportunities.

Adam began his career working for an independent Commercial & Residential property company based in London. Adam’s main duties were relating to the Residential Letting & Management departments and working closely with the Commercial Sales department.

Stella has been involved in the Real Estate business since 2002. From individual property acquisitions to large developments, she has played a major role in building portfolio investment covering seven different countries which she has achieved through being fluent in English, Russian and Hungarian.

In 1995 Elliot joined forces with an established Residential Sales Agency, in order to partner the existing Directors and set up their Residential Letting & Management Department. Since the company’s inception, Elliot now heads a team of Property Managers that oversee and asset manage in excess of £250Million of property, covering London & The Home Counties. Elliot’s experience in all aspects of Landlord & Tenant property law provides an unrivalled service to his clients.

Since Adam joined Globewide, he has been working with high wealth individuals in dealing with Property Investment & Development and Property Fund Management. Adam has established a strong relationship with his clients due to his approach and friendly attitude and as a result is a reliable & important point of contact for any existing & new clients.

Stella is an extremely result-focused individual who combines efficiency with empathy. She possesses the ability to create a mutually beneficial relationship with her clients so everyone achieves the best outcome.

With a strong knowledge of accounting systems, Arlene has been responsible for multi-fund business operational budgets.

Claire handles all administrative matters including HR/Office administration.

Tanya Shapoval is a new asset to the team. She is a professional individual who works effectively with different personalities.

She has experience in all aspects of financial forecasting, resource allocation, fund management, accounting and control. Arlene has headed a team of individuals and participated in controlling the financial structures for new start-ups and joint ventures. Earlier in Arlene’s career she managed strategic planning for a number of private organisations, including development of mission statements, clarification of objectives, coordination of planning teams, and achieving acceptance and implementation of plans.

She brings a professionalism and warmth to every aspect of her work. Claire is a friendly and upbeat member of the team, offering support to all team members and clients with an excellent, welcoming approach. Claire’s responsibilities range from building and maintaining relationships with clients to taking care of managing our property portfolio. Claire is proving herself an asset to Globewide and we have no doubt she will continue to evolve within the company in the future.

Tanya possesses very good interpersonal skills and her many years of experience gained in customer service allows her to handle all administrative matters in the office and building strong relationships with clients. Tanya has an exceptional ability to multitask and can work on several projects simultaneously, maintaining great attention to detail and producing excellent results.

Letting & Management Globewide Property Investments provides Property Management in Central London, Greater London, Docklands and the Home Counties. We offer a full property management service in London and the Home Counties to private landlords with single properties or portfolios. Delivering good property management is key to building Landlord and Tenant relationships, as well as achieving responsible occupancy and minimal void periods. Our staff are on hand to deal with any maintenance issues, oversee any essential repairs and arrange payments to contractors. The experienced and dedicated Accounts Department ensure that rents are paid on the due date and transferred to our clients as quickly as possible.

To provide our clients with fast efficient updates, statements and monitoring, we have invested in the latest business technology. We utilize specialist software known as CFP, which includes full double entry client accounting, a daily organizer, fully integrated diary, fast access to landlord, tenant and contractor information and provides a history log of previous maintenance works carried out at a property, as well as a customer report generator. These systems provide us with the ability to deliver accurate information including any rent payments, defaults, and a full history of our management service to date. As part of our Property Management service in London and the Home Counties including Essex and Hertfordshire, we will ensure a full inventory is completed, a check-in inspection conducted and periodic interim inspections with full written reports and attached photographs are completed.
