12th Annual St. Anthony of Padua Catholic School ATHLETICS RECOGNITION NIGHT * Thursday, May 3, 2018 * 6:30 p.m. in the gym Cookies and refreshments will be served.

This event is for St. Anthony of Padua School coaches, student-athletes, and their parents. All student-athletes are to sit with their parents.

 8th graders wishing to get physicals for high school may also come, but need to bring a blank physical from the high school which they plan to attend in the fall.  Physicals are valid for the entire 2018–2019 school year.  Students must have an updated physical on file before participating in practices or games for school sports (fall sports practices may begin a few days before the start of school).  Students in 6th – 8th grade and 5th grade (JV Soccer, CC & Track) are eligible to participate in school sports.

Sports offered in 2018-2019:  Football, Cross Country, Co-ed Soccer, Girls Volleyball (Fall)  Boys & Girls Basketball (Winter)  Baseball, Softball, Track and Field (Spring)  Cheer / Dance Team

THANK YOU to everyone who supported Gala on Friday! From your set-up assistance, to hosting sign-up parties & “Teacher For the Day”, and volunteering or attending the night of, we really appreciate your support of this major fundraiser. ON BEHALF OF EVERY STUDENT, WE SEND YOU OUR GRATITUDE. We plan to have a financial update on the Gala results as quickly as we can! There is still time to participate in Parties & Raise-the-Paddle!

RAISE THE PADDLE—CAMPUS SECURITY & SAFETY At St. Anthony of Padua our top priority must be the safety and security of our precious children. Funds from “Raise the Paddle” will be used to install added security features throughout our campus, including but not limited to ballistic sheeting on additional doors, classroom door window shades, visual safe zones, and added door safety features. AROUND STAOPCS Career & Community Helper Day Today is our 1st Career and Community Helper Day! Our Kindergarten through third grade visited with community helpers and their vehicles (police, fire department, EMS, park ranger and even Puffy the Pinecone), while our 4th through 8th grade heard from various speakers shared information about their careers.
