THE COURSE PRICE INCLUDES:
• Tuition as stated, course materials and end of course certificate

THE COURSE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
• Transfers to and from the centres for groups (see transfer prices on page 16)
• Unaccompanied Minor check-in service

• All travellers to our programmes must ensure they have valid comprehensive insurance before travelling
After selecting your centre(s), please contact us to request a provisional booking (‘Option’), detailing numbers of students, age range, preferred dates and duration of stay. It is vital that you specify which course or courses you wish to request a provisional booking for. We will add your booking to our reservations database system. We will then send you a Reservation Form, which outlines our payment schedule.
For summer groups, the standard payment schedule is as follows:
• Deposit, amounting to 10% of the total course fees (non-refundable), payable on 1st March. This will secure your booking.
• Instalment of 20% of the course fees, due on 1st May
• Balance of 70% of the course fees, payable at least one month before arrival
Some centres have different payment schedules which will be detailed in the reservation form.
A reservation fee of £200 is payable at the time of booking on all courses for Individuals to secure your place (for the US this is $250). The reservation fee is non refundable. Any reservations expire on 1st May unless a full balance payment is received by this date. Any bookings made after 1st May must be paid in full to secure your place.

If you request any additional services (e.g. airport transfers for groups or optional excursions), the cost of these will be included in your final invoice.
At the start of the course, the age of the student must fall within the age range specified for their chosen programme. On occasion, approval may be received to accept a student who does not fall within the age range. An Out of Age Range request form must be completed and sent to the Reservations team at the time of booking.
For groups booked with students on differing courses, please note that students must follow the programme for each course and therefore some elements of their programmes will differ. Please consult the sample programmes in the brochure for specific programme details.

Our activities, academic and creative programmes are available for groups too. Courses include horse riding, tennis and Michael Owen’s Red Stars Football School in Oakham, Careers in Medicine and Model United Nations at our Canterbury centre and a range of creative courses offered by CSVPA. Students enjoy the engaging specialist sessions, which are designed to develop their knowledge and skills in fun ways.
Our Classic Plus courses combine fun activities, such as tennis or watersports, with English lessons. They are a great way for students to develop confidence with all aspects of English as they will be using the language practically each day. Our STEM courses also include English lessons with a focus on academic and scientific English to support students to develop relevant language skills for their area of interest.
Some of our centres are exclusively for groups, including Malaysia, Miami, Los Angeles, New York (Wagner College), Bournemouth, London Uxbridge and York.
