PARENT ENGAGEMENT ROAD MAP We are pleased to provide you with a comprehensive overview of annual giving opportunities. The array of funding requests can be confusing, so we hope the road map will help clarify. WARRIOR RUN The Warrior Run is a family-friendly event, which includes a fun run, an AJC Peachtree Road Race qualifying 5K and a post race celebration. November 12
WINTER SOCIAL PTO’s biggest fundraiser for the school. The winter social is a casual, themed party that features a silent auction, a live band and heavy hors d’oeuvres. February 4
GEORGIA GOAL Redirect a portion of your state tax dollars to SMES’s tuition assistance program through Georgia GOAL. This dollar-todollar tax credit program is at no cost to you and provides critical funding to St. Martin’s.
ST. MARTIN’S FUND The St. Martin’s Fund is our highest giving priority. Gifts to The St. Martin’s Fund make up the difference between tuition revenue and the actual cost of running our school in alignment with our mission, vision and values. We ask that all families contribute at a level that is comfortable for them.
GOLF TOURNAMENT The Golf Tournament, hosted every spring, was established in 2002 as an event dedicated to raising money to help grow the SMES endowment. A growing endowment ensures that St. Martin’s can survive and thrive for future generations of students. April - Date TBD
PTO The St. Martin’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) plays an integral part in the life of the school. Engaged parents support SMES through social, fundraising, and community engagement activities.
