I believe the most rewarding aspect of travel is making connections. Formal
connections can be made seeing old friends again or arranging to meet someone who shares a particular interest. But unanticipated connections can occur at hotels or restaurants, at markets or shops, or just attentively walking down a street. However brief, each connection I make is a bead on the necklace of my life. I try to document these moments with my photographs as a way to hold them in my heart. These are the Faces of God.
