What is it?

Changing Places is a set of 10 group sessions with six before and after sessions. Each session is 1-2 hours long, it can be run in a group or one to one There are NO lectures, it isn’t a classroom. It is an interactive relaxed atmosphere where EVERYONE has a chance to speak and learn. Young people who complete the course report:

Why is it needed?

Changing Places Programme

 More Confidence  Feeling Calmer  Being Happier  Having Fewer Arguments It is designed to support Young People by building up their confidence and improving their relationships. Young people who have attended the programme say it gives them a place to talk openly and honestly          
