Google is far more than a search engine for the internet. Google has it’s own suite of applications which operate on Apple and Android devices and computers. Why buy expensive software for documents, photography, spreadsheets or presentations when it’s free? This new five week course with tutor Paul Jones introduces both Android, Apple and computer users to the full suite of Google applications including Google photos, Calendar, Slides, Docs, Sheets and Gmail. Chair Yoga A yoga class that is suitable for absolutely everybody. A perfect class for seniors who are new to yoga, or for those with limited mobility due to injury or illness.

Modifications of traditional yoga poses (asana) are offered in the chair, along with the full expression of each pose for those who are curious and able to explore. Meditation and mindfulness techniques are also visited. A well rounded class to leave the body and mind strong and flexible.
