Regolamento Organizzazione La Sellaronda Trailrunning è organizzata dal Comitato Organizzatore Sellaronda Trailrunning, con la collaborazione dei Comuni e delle Aziende di Promozione Turistica di Canazei, Selva di Val Gardena, Corvara ed Arabba.

Gara La partenza è prevista a Canazei (Val di Fassa) in Piazza Marconi il giorno sabato 12 settembre 2015 alle ore 05.30.

Requisiti di partecipazione Per la partecipazione alla gara è assolutamente necessario: • Aver compiuto i 18 anni d’età ed essere in possesso di un certificato medico di idoneità sportiva agonistica in corso di validità.

• Essere pienamente coscienti della lunghezza e della difficoltà della prova ed essere allenati per affrontarla.

• La Sellaronda Trailrunning si svolge in gran parte su sentieri di alta montagna; è quindi indispensabile avere la sicurezza di passo sui sentieri alpini.

Partenza La partenza della competizione sarà assegnata ad anni alterni a Canazei (Val di Fassa) e a Corvara (Val Badia).

Per l’edizione 2015 la partenza della gara è fissata il giorno sabato 12 settembre 2015 alle ore 05.30 a Canazei in Piazza Marconi. Punzonatura a partire dalle ore 5.00.

Percorso La gara si svolge attorno al Gruppo del Sella, percorrendo strade forestali e sentieri, cercando di evitare il più possibile le strade asfaltate e limitando al massimo gli attraversamenti delle strade statali.

Lo sviluppo è di circa 59 km e 050 m con un dislivello in salita di circa 3.378 m. Si “toccheranno” i centri abitati di Selva, Corvara, Arabba e Canazei, affrontando il Passo Sella, salita sulla Dantercepies il Passo Campolongo, il Bec de Roces per salire al Passo Pordoi prima di affrontare l’ultima discesa che porta all’arrivo di Canazei.

Il percorso sarà segnalato da apposite bandierine. Lungo il tracciato ci saranno dei posti di controllo e di assistenza.

Tempo massimo e cancelli orari Il tempo massimo di percorrenza previsto è fissato in ore 12.

Sul percorso saranno posti vari cancelli, presso i quali bisognerà transitare entro un tempo limite stabilito.

Tempi fissati: 2,30 ore dalla partenza a Selva; ore 08.00 chiusura cancello 5 ore dalla partenza a Corvara; ore 10.30 chiusura cancello 8 ore dalla partenza a Arabba; ore 13. 30 chiusura cancello 11 ore dalla partenza a Passo Pordoi; ore 16.30 chiusura cancello 12 ore dalla partenza a Canazei; ore 17.30 fine gara.

Tempo massimo finale: 12 ore.

Agli atleti che transiteranno ai cancelli oltre i tempi previsti, verrà vietato il proseguimento della competizione e sarà loro ritirato il pettorale di gara. Nel caso in cui tali concorrenti, per qualunque motivo, dovessero continuare lo faranno unicamente sotto la propria responsabilità e non avranno più diritto ai ristori posti lungo il percorso.

Nei luoghi dei cancelli orari sono previste delle navette per trasportare gli atleti al traguardo.

Regime di semi- autosufficienza La gara si svolgerà in regime di semi-autosufficienza.

Sono previsti 10 punti di ristoro, presso i quali saranno somministrate bibite e cibo da consumare sul posto.

Sarà possibile reintegrare eventuali camel-bags o borracce con gli integratori e acqua naturale messi a disposizione dall’organizzazione. Ogni atleta dovrà portare con sé, fin dalla partenza, tutto ciò che gli occorre per essere autosufficiente nei tratti che separano un ristoro dall’altro.

Il ristoro va consumato nell’area delimitata dello stesso; non possono essere portati al seguito bicchieri o altro materiale che possa inquinare l’ambiente.

In ogni ristoro saranno predisposti dei contenitori di raccolta rifiuti, che dovranno essere obbligatoriamente utilizzati da tutti gli atleti. È vietato farsi accompagnare o essere assistiti per parte o per tutta la durata della corsa da una persona non iscritta alla gara.

Materiale obbligatorio • Riserva d’acqua min. 1/2 litro; • Telo di sopravvivenza; • Fischietto; • Set di pronto soccorso; • Riserva alimentare (barrette, gel...); • Giacca impermeabile adatta a sopportare condizioni di tempo avverso in montagna; • Pantaloni lunghi da corsa; • Guanti e berretto; • Telefono cellulare (all’atto dell’iscrizione obbligatorio comunicare il proprio numero).

Materiale consigliato (facoltativo) • Lampada frontale per la partenza; • Bastoncini; • Indumenti di ricambio; • Crema solare; • Vaselina o crema anti-fregature.

I certificati medici dovranno essere presentati al ritiro del pettorale.

L’Ufficio Gare sarà aperto a Canazei presso la Sala consigliare del comune di Canazei in Streda Roma,12 con i seguenti orari: Venerdì 11 settembre 2015 dalle ore 16.00 alle ore 19.00; Sabato 12 settembre 2015 dalle ore 04.00 alle ore 5.30.

Pettorale di gara Il pettorale sarà consegnato personalmente ad ogni atleta, previa esibizione di tessera di riconoscimento e certificato medico valido.

Il pettorale è personale e non trasferibile e deve essere indossato in modo visibile per tutta la durata della gara. È assolutamente vietata ogni modifica del pettorale di gara.

Unitamente al pettorale, ad ogni atleta sarà consegnato un chip per il rilevamento dei tempi e dei passaggi.

Al ritiro del pettorale verrà chiesta una cauzione di € 20,00 per il chip che verrà restituita a fine gara presso l’ufficio gare sito a Canazei.

Accettazione del regolamento e dell’etica della corsa La partecipazione alla Sellaronda Trailrunning comporta l’accettazione senza riserve del presente regolamento e dell’etica adottati dall’organizzazione. È obbligatorio seguire i percorsi segnalati senza scorciatoie. “Tagliare” un sentiero provoca, infatti, l’erosione del suolo ed è quindi un danno irreparabile.

Presso ogni punto di ristoro saranno presenti dei contenitori per i rifiuti che devono essere imperativamente utilizzati.

Ogni atleta dovrà prestare assistenza a tutte le persone che dovessero trovarsi in difficoltà o pericolo ed eventualmente chiamare il soccorso. È inoltre dispensabile il rispetto in ogni sua forma: Rispetto di se stessi e degli altri, evitando qualsiasi tipo di scorrettezza; Rispetto dei volontari che prestano servizio unicamente per piacere; Rispetto della popolazione locale che accoglie la corsa; Rispetto dell’organizzazione e dei suoi partners.

Penalità - squalifica I commissari di corsa presenti sul percorso ed i “capi posto” dei punti di controllo e ristoro sono obbligati a far rispettare il regolamento e, in caso di non rispetto dello stesso, ad applicare una penalità o la squalifica. In ogni caso le decisioni saranno prese in accordo con la giuria di gara.

Reclami Tutti i reclami dovranno essere formulati in forma scritta, depositati all’ufficio gare con una cauzione di 100 euro (non restituibili se il reclamo non sarà accettato), entro il tempo massimo di due ore dall’arrivo dell’atleta interessato.

Modifiche percorso e barriere orarie – annullamento della corsa L’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di modificare in ogni momento il percorso o la posizione dei punti di soccorso e di ristoro senza preavviso.

In caso di condizioni meteorologiche sfavorevoli la partenza può essere posticipata o annullata.

L’organizzazione si riserva il diritto di sospendere la gara in corso o di modificarne le barriere orarie, nel caso in cui si verificassero condizioni tali da non garantire più la sicurezza degli atleti. In ogni caso la quota d’iscrizione non sarà restituita.

Ogni decisione in merito sarà presa dalla giuria di gara.

Rules The Organizing Committee The Sellaronda Trailrunning is organized by the Sellaronda Trailrunning Committee, in cooperation with the Municipalities and the Tourist Boards of Canazei, Selva Valgardena, Corvara and Arabba.

The race The start will be from Canazei (Val di Fassa) in Marconi Square on Saturday 12 2015 at 5.30 a.m.

Requirements to take part to the race To enter the race it is absolutely compulsory: To be at least 18 years old and in possession of a medical certificate for agonistic athletics valid by the date of the race.

To be totally aware of the length and of the difficulty of the competition and to be properly trained to face it.

The Sellaronda Trail Running takes place mainly on alpine mountain trails. It is therefore required to be able and trained to run steadily on alpine tracks.

The start The start of the race will take place in turn in Canazei (Val di Fassa) and Corvara (Val Badia) changing year by year.

For the year 2015 the start of the race will be on Saturday September 12 2015 at 5.30 o’clock from Canazei in Marconi Square.

The check of the equipment is scheduled at 5.00 a.m.

The racetrack The race will take place all around the Sella Massif, along dirt roads and paths, trying to avoid as much as possible asphalt roads and crossings on national roads.

The racetrack is about 59 km and 050 m long with an altitude difference of 3.378 m. The race will cross the towns of Canazei, run through the Sella Pass and down to Selva Valgardena, along the demanding ascent of the Dantercepies ski slope before the long descent towards Colfosco, to face, soon after, the climbing to the Campolongo Pass, running down to Arabba, climbing the Bec de Roces and the Pordoi Pass right after, to finish the competition in Canazei.

The racetrack will be signalled by special flags. All along the track check points and refreshment points will be placed.

Maximum time and time limits The maximum time to cover the distance is fixed in 12 hours.

Along the racetrack the time limits to cover the mentioned distance will be established as follows: 2,30 hours from the start to Selva; at 8.00 a.m. closing of the gate; 5 hours from the start to Corvara; at 10.30 closing of the gate; 8 hours from the start to Arabba; at 13.30 closing of the gate; 11 hours from the start to Passo Pordoi; at 16.30 closing of the gate; 12 hours from the start back to Canazei; end of the race.

Final max. time: 12 hours.

The athletes who will exceed the above mentioned time limits will be excluded from the prosecution of the competition and their bib numbers will be withdrawn. If, for any reason, an athlete disqualified from the race wants to complete the race, he/she is allowed to run under his/her own responsibility and has no right to refreshments along the track.

By the time check points, there will be shuttle buses at disposal to carry the athletes back to the arrival.

Semi self-sufficiency standard A standard of semi self-sufficiency is required to run the race.

10 refreshment points will be placed along the racetrack where athletes can find drinks and food to be eaten directly there.

Camel-bags or water bottles can be refilled with water and supplements provided directly by organizers of the race. Any athlete must carry with him, from the start, all he needs to be selfsufficient on the distance from one refreshment point to the other one.

Food and drinks provided by the refreshment points must be consumed in that delimited area, avoiding to carry and throw somewhere else any rubbish, such as plastic glasses, that can pollute the environment.

Special bins will be placed in each refreshment point for the rubbish to be used compulsorily by the athletes.

Any external assistance, provided by people not registered in the race, all along the track or even in short parts of it, is absolutely forbidden.

Compulsory equipment A water supply of at least ½ liter; A survival blanket; A whistle; A first-aid kit; Some food (energetic bars or energy gels); A wind-breaker jacket to wear in case of bad weather conditions; Long running trousers; Gloves and a hat; A mobile phone (it is compulsory to communicate the phone number on the entry form); A frontal lamp.

Other suggested equipment (not compulsory) Headlamp for departure; Poles; A change of clothes; Solar protection cream; Vaseline or anti-grazing cream;

Entries The entry fee is fixed in 50,00 €.

The medical certificate must be presented by the race office at the withdrawal of the race number.

The race office will be in Canazei by Town Hall open with the following opening times: On Friday September 11: from 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

On Saturday September 12: from 4.00 a.m. to 5.30 a.m.

The bib number The bib number will be delivered to each athlete after showing I.D. card and the medical certificate, valid by the date of the race.

The bib number is personal and cannot be transferred to any other person. It must be worn in a visible position for the whole competition.

Any change of the bib number is absolutely forbidden.

Together with the bib number, each athlete will be given a microchip for the recording of the time during the race. At the withdrawal of the bib number each athlete must pay a deposit of 20,00 € that will be refunded at the restitution and of the timing chip.

Race package The race entry includes: The race gadget - a t-shirt; Timing service, including intermediate times; Refreshments during and after the race; Pasta Party; Shuttle bus back to Canazei for the athletes withdrawn from the race; Showering after the race by the swimming-pool (nearby the start/arrival area).

Acceptance of the rules and of the runners’ code of ethics To take part to the Sellaronda Trailrunning each athlete must accept the above enlisted rules and the runners’ code of ethics, without reserve.

It is compulsory to follow the racetrack, without cutting the race course. Cuts could turn into a damage to the soil, provoking deep erosion of the ground.

By the refreshment points bins will be placed for the rubbish in order to avoid any pollution of the surrounding environment.

Each athlete must provide first aid to anybody who should need assistance or being in danger and in case call for rescue team to intervene as soon as possible.

General respect is highly recommended: Self-respect and respect for other runners, avoiding any kind of unfair behaviour; Respect for the volunteers on duty for free; Respect for local people who welcome the race; Respect for the Organizing Committee and for its sponsors.

Penalties - disqualification The race judges present along the trail, the persons in charge placed by the check-points and refreshment points must control that all the rules are respected by the athletes. In case of lack of respect of the rules, penalties or even disqualification can be applied, in accordance with the judgement of the whole jury.

Complaints All the complaints must be written, delivered by the race office together with a deposit of 100,00 € (not to be refund in case of unacceptance of the complaint), within max. two hours after the athlete’s arrival.

Changing of the race course and of the time limits. Cancellation of the race The Jury has the right, at any time, to change the course of the race and the position of both refreshment and first-aid points.

In case of bad weather conditions the race can be delayed or cancelled.

The Organizing Committee can suspend the race or can change the time limits imposed in case of specific conditions that could be considered dangerous for runners. Should the competition be cancelled, the entry fee would not be refunded.

Any specific decision about it will be taken only by the jury.

REGLEMENT Organisation Der Sellaronda Trailrunning wird vom Sellaronda Trailrunning Organisationskomitee in Zusammenarbeit mit den Gemeinden und Tourismusvereinen von Canazei, Selva di Val Gardena, Corvara und Arabba organisiert.

Wettbewerb Es ist nur ein Einzellaufbewerb vorgesehen: Der Start ist am Samstag, 12. September 2015 um 5.30 Uhr in Canazei geplant.

Teilnahmevorraussetzungen Um am Wettbewerb teilnehmen zu können, sind folgende Voraussetzungen erforderlich: Die Teilnehmer müssen das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben und ein gültiges ärztliches Attest über die Tauglichkeit zum Leistungssport vorweisen.

Die Teilnehmer müssen sich der Länge und der Schwierigkeit des Wettbewerbs vollkommen bewusst sein, und über ein entsprechendes Training verfügen, um diesen bestreiten zu können.

Der Sellaronda Trailrunning findet größtenteils auf Hochgebirgswegen statt und daher ist eine entsprechende Sicherheit auf Alpinpfaden unerlässlich.

Start Der Start des Laufwettbewerbs wird den Orten Canazei (Fassatal) und Corvara (Gadertal) im Jahreswechsel zugeteilt.

Für die Ausgabe 2015 ist der Start des Wettbewerbs am Samstag, 12. September 2015 um 5.30 Uhr in Canazei in Marconi Platz beim Rathaus festgesetzt.

Plombierungen ab 5.00 Uhr. Strecke Der Wettbewerb findet rund um den Sella-Massiv statt, über Forststraßen und Wanderwege, immer mit der Absicht, so wenig wie möglich über asphaltierte Straßen und Überquerungen von Bundesstraßen zu laufen.

Der Trailparcours ist ca. 59 km und 050 m lang, mit einem Höhenunterschied von ca. 3.378 m. Er führt durch den Sellajoch bis zum Wolkenstein und über den Aufstieg zur bekannten Skipiste Dantercepies, nach Corvara, wobei der Bec de Roces in der Nähe des Campolongo Passes bis zu Arabba zu bewältigen ist. Letztlich erreicht man das Ziel in Canazei durch den Pordoijoch.

Die Strecke wird mit eigenen Fähnchen abgesteckt. Entlang des Verlaufs sind Kontroll- und Hilfestellen eingerichtet.

Höchstlaufzeit und Zeitkontrollstellen Die maximale vorgesehene Laufzeit ist auf 12 Stunden angesetzt.

Entlang der Strecke sind mehrere Zeitkontrollstellen eingerichtet, die man innerhalb einer festgesetzten Zeitgrenze durchlaufen muss.

Festgesetzte Zeitgrenzen: 2,30 Stunden ab dem Start in Selva; um 8.00 Uhr wird die Grenze geschlossen; 5 Stunden ab dem Start in Corvara; um 10.30 Uhr wird die Grenze geschlossen; 8 Stunden ab dem Start in Arabba; um 13.30 Uhr wird die Grenze geschlossen; 11 Stunden ab dem Start in Passo Pordoi; um 16.30 Uhr wird die Grenze geschlossen; 12 Stunden ab dem Start zurück zu Canazei; um 17.30 Uhr Endung des Wettbewerbs.

Maximale Gesamtlaufzeit: 12 Stunden.

Sportlern, die nach der vorgesehenen Höchstzeit die Zeitkontrollstellen passieren, wird die weitere Teilnahme am Wettbewerb untersagt und die Startnummer abgenommen. Sollten diese Teilnehmer aus irgendeinem Grund den Wettbewerb wieder aufnehmen, geschieht dies ausschließlich auf eigene Verantwortung und sie haben keinen Anspruch mehr auf die entlang der Strecke verteilten Erfrischungsmöglichkeiten.

An den Zeitkontrollstellen sind Shuttle Busse vorgesehen, um die Sportler zum Ziel zu begleiten.

Halbautonomes Wettbewerbssystem Das Rennen findet als halbautonomer Wettbewerb statt.

Vorgesehen sind 10 Erfrischungsstellen, an denen die Teilnehmer mit sofort verzehrbaren Getränken und Essen versorgt werden.

Etwaige Camel Bags oder Wasserflaschen können mit den von der Organisation zur Verfügung gestellten Nahrungszusätzen und stillem Wasser ergänzt werden. Jeder Sportler muss ab dem Start alles Notwendige mit sich führen, um in den Abschnitten zwischen einer Erfrischungsstelle und der nächsten unabhängig zu sein.

Die Erfrischung ist in dem eingegrenzten Bereich zu verzehren. Trinkbecher oder anderes umweltverschmutzendes Material darf nicht mitgeführt werden.

An jeder Erfrischungsstelle sind Mülltrennungsbehälter vorhanden, die von allen Sportlern unbedingt zu verwenden sind.

Es ist untersagt, sich während des gesamten Rennens oder über eine Teilstrecke von einer nicht am Wettbewerb angemeldeten Person begleiten oder unterstützen zu lassen.

Vorgeschriebenes Material Wasservorrat von mind. einem 1/2 Liter; Überlebensdecke; Pfeife; Erste-Hilfe-Set; Lebensmittelvorrat (Riegel, Gel etc.); Regenjacke, die auch für widrige Wetterbedingungen in den Bergen geeignet ist; Lange Jogginghose; Handschuhe und Mütze; Handy (bei der Anmeldung ist die Bekanntgabe der Telefonnummer unbedingt erforderlich) Empfohlenes (freiwillig mitzuführendes) Material Scheinwerfer für den Abflug; Wanderstöcke; Ersatzkleidung; Sonnencreme; Vaseline oder Anti-Scheuer-Creme; Stirnlampe (für den Start) Anmeldungen Die Anmeldegebühr ist auf € 50,00 (fünfzig) festgesetzt.

Das Büro des Wettbewerbs ist in Canazei beim Rathaus zu den folgenden Uhrzeiten geöffnet: Freitag, 11. Sept. 2015 von 16 bis 19 Uhr; Samstag, 12. Sept. 2014 von 4.00 bis 5.30 Uhr. Startnummern Die Startnummer wird nach Vorlage eines Personalausweises und des gültigen ärztlichen Attests persönlich an jeden Sportler vergeben.

Die Startnummer ist persönlich und nicht übertragbar und ist für die Gesamtwettbewerbsdauer sichtbar zu tragen.

Jede Änderung der Startnummer ist untersagt.

Gemeinsam mit der Startnummer wird jedem Sportler ein Chip übergeben, um die Zeiten und Passagen feststellen zu können.

Beim Abholen der Startnummer ist eine Kaution von € 20,00 für den Chip erforderlich, der am Ende des Wettbewerbs beim Wettbewerbsbüro in Canazei zurückzuerstatten ist.

Annahme des Reglements und der Ethik des Wettbewerbs Die Teilnahme am Sellaronda Trailrunning schließt die vorbehaltlose Annahme des vorliegenden Reglements und der von der Organisation angewandten Ethik ein.

Es ist obligatorisch, den markierten Wegen ohne Abkürzungen zu folgen. Einen Weg „abzukürzen“, verursacht nämlich die Erosion des Bodens und ist daher ein nicht wieder gutzumachender Schaden.

An jedem Erfrischungsstand sind Müllbehälter vorhanden, die unbedingt zu verwenden sind.

Jeder Sportler hat allen Personen, die sich in Schwierigkeiten oder Gefahr befinden, Hilfe zu leisten und eventuell den Rettungsdienst zu verständigen.

Außerdem ist Rücksicht in jeglicher Form unerlässlich: Rücksicht auf sich selbst und auf andere und Vermeidung von Unfairness jeder Art; Rücksicht auf die Freiwilligen, die nur aus Spaß ihre Dienste leisten; Rücksicht auf die örtliche Bevölkerung, die die Veranstaltung dieses Rennens ermöglicht; Rücksicht auf die Organisation und ihre Partner.

Strafe - Disqualifizierung Die auf der Strecke anwesenden Wettbewerbskommissare und die Leiter der Kontroll- und Erfrischungsstellen sind verpflichtet, die Beachtung des Reglements zu überwachen und bei Nichteinhaltung eine Strafe anzuwenden oder die Disqualifizierung zu veranlassen. Auf jeden Fall werden die Entscheidungen im Einverständnis mit der Wettbewerbsjury getroffen.

Reklamationen Sämtliche Reklamationen sind schriftlich zu verfassen und beim Wettbewerbsbüro mit einer Kaution von 100 Euro (die nicht zurückerstattet werden, wenn die Reklamation nicht anerkannt wird) einzubringen, und zwar innerhalb von höchstens 2 Stunden nachdem der betroffene Sportler das Ziel erreicht hat. Änderungen der Strecken und der Zeitbarrieren – Absage des Wettrennens Die Organisation behält sich das Recht vor, jederzeit die Strecke oder die Position der ErsteHilfe- und Erfrischungsstellen ohne Vorankündigung zu ändern.

Bei ungünstigen Wetterbedingungen kann der Start verschoben oder abgesagt werden.

Die Organisation behält sich das Recht vor, den laufenden Wettbewerb abzusagen oder die Zeitbarrieren zu ändern, wenn sich Bedingungen einstellen, die die Sicherheit der Sportler nicht mehr garantieren. In jedem Fall wird die Anmeldegebühr nicht zurückerstattet.

Jede diesbezügliche Entscheidung wird von der Wettbewerbsjury getroffen.
