Schválilo MŠMT č.j.: MSMT-12551/2018 dne 5. září 2018 k zařazení do seznamu učebnic pro základní vzdělávání jako součást ucelené řady učebnic pro vzdělávací obor Cizí jazyk s dobou platnosti šest let.
Tato učebnice je určena žákům 5. ročníků základních škol. Navazuje na předcházející dvě učebnice pro 4. a 3. ročník ZŠ, jimiž systematická výuka cizího jazyka začíná. Zaměřuje se především na motivaci k učení se cizímu jazyku, na nácvik správné výslovnosti, na osvojení základů slovní zásoby a zvládnutí jednoduchých konverzačních témat v míře přiměřené věku žáků. Učebnici doplňuje pracovní sešit, nahrávka slovní zásoby, dialogů a říkanek na CD a metodická kniha pro učitele. Na tituly pro 3., 4. a 5. ročník navazuje dále ucelená řada původních učebnic pro 6.–9. ročník ZŠ. Pro každý ročník je vždy určena učebnice, pracovní sešit, nahrávka CD a metodická kniha pro učitele. Svým pojetím jsou učebnice plně v souladu s požadavky Rámcového vzdělávacího programu v jazykové oblasti a umožňují úspěšné koncipování konkrétního ŠVP na každé škole.
