HISTRICT 11 VAD Dear Members and Friends: This has been one of the busiest (and hottest) summers for me, and I am ,getting, slower and lazier, I guess. Anyway, it has been one of the best fcni District II. 1 have enjoyed every minute of it. We had a wonderful time at Bar K Ranch Resort. Sunday, July 30 at Taylor Lodge No. 29 was good in every respect. Sunday, Aug. 6th, we had our Recreation Day and our tall meeting

Wednesday, August 16, 1967 at Camp Tahuaya which was enjoyed by all present. The meal was delicious. The nature hike was enjoyed by those who wont, including yours truly. I just can't help but brag a little about those nice people who have been so much help to me in all these activities. They just pitched in and helped and this is greatly appreciated when you have almost a hundred youngsters to take care of. My sincere thanks go to these people.
