BUILDER PROFILE Family owned and operated, Cougar Homes is one of the top area home builders, focusing primarily on new construction in the Norman area. Jon Horn has over 25 years experience in the home building industry and has been joined in business by his wife Laura Horn along with their daughter, Savannah Horn.
