After sharing duties between the sticks at the start of the season goal keeper Lewis Hudson took over the starting position in January and hasn’t looked back. His strong presence, and booming voice behind the defensive line has helped the team to nine straight wins, eight of which have been clean sheets.
Only 3 matches left and the team is really hitting their stride. What has clicked between you and the back line, or the team in general, recently that has led to so many clean sheets? I think as the season as gone on the team as a whole has stabalised more. Individuals are more comfortable playing with those around them and that really helps. You’ve had some outstanding matches over the course of the season, often keeping us in some very competitive matches. Do you have a match, or particular save, from the season that really sticks out in your mind? I would probably say the game away to second place Kennington is up there. That was perhaps one of the busier games I’ve been in and we managed to keep the scoreline 1-1. After securing the starting position back
