Q: I have always planned my own travel, why use a travel agent? Q: How far in advance should I plan future travel? It’s never too early! I am currently accepting reservations and have travel bookings extending to 2025. Planning ahead secures early discount pricing, great rooms, airline placement, and gives travelers something to look forward to—especially for bespoke destinations. It’s also great for getting ahead of any unforeseen hurdles like passports and visas.

Q: Why should I consider traveling alone? I am an avid solo traveler! A trip on your own should be penciled into your calendar as if it is a national holiday—your own national holiday. Naturally there is work, family and pet care situations to consider but, for the most part, everyone has at least one weekend in a year to spare for themselves. Start planning some travel time for you—and only you. You probably need it and you definitely deserve it!

Q: Where do I start when I’m ready to plan a trip? It’s easy! I want to know your travel dreams and create a customized journey you’ll love—so we begin with the ‘Design A Trip’ form on my website. Next, I present some preliminary ideas and we discuss itinerary details including activities, excursions, and dining options. Then, we finalize selections together and you will have a detailed itinerary prior to travel. All you have to do is pack!

Q: What unique experiences can you design? I think outside the box to provide carefully curated travel experiences focused on bucket lists, shared interests, as well as group dynamics. Golf travel is one of the most popular groups and sports-focused trips where guests play world-class European courses in different countries all in one journey. Adventurous clients enjoy expedition travel to the arctics—where its not uncommon to spend the night on an iceberg! Would you like a helicopter ride from the airport to your resort? Prefer to stay in an Italian castle? Need a photographer for sparkling Instagram photos? I know the resources to customize any activity or event for an unforgettable... unique... journey.

Q: Do you charge a fee for your services? There is not a fee in most cases. For customized planning and itineraries on trips of more than five days and for group travel, I do charge a $250 design fee after our initial consultation to protect the time utilized for research, booking, and itinerary management throughout the client’s trip.

Q: What are current trends in travel? One current travel trend is river cruising. It’s a wonderful cultural and culinary way to see hard-to-reach places and multiple destinations at any time of the year. My couples are seeking Greece more than any other location now.
