Q: Do you provide roofing products, colors and choices for us to pick from? Replacing your roof should be a fun process. We have all the different types of shingles and colors. You can come into our office and choose shingles from our showroom, or choose from a larger selection online. Your personal Project Manager will guide you through the process of choosing what will work best for you and your home.

Q: Do you work with my HOA? Making sure you are compliant with your HOA is paramount and we are very familiar with what local HOAs approve and disapprove.
Q: Will you work with my insurance company to get my roof covered? Filing a claim can be one of the most stressful processes as a homeowner. Our top priority is to guide you from start to finish to ensure it all goes as smoothly as possible.


Q: What happens if I need a new roof and I have solar panels? No problem! We can coordinate directly with your solar installer to have panels detached and reinstalled. If they’re unavailable to provide service or you wish to use a new company, we’re happy to take care of repairs. We suggest making sure it doesn’t void the warranty prior to us performing repairs. Q: What’s the warranty on my new roof? We offer a 5-year labor warranty—meaning if any installation errors occurred, we cover the cost of repairing your roof. We are also Select Shingle Master Certified through CertainTeed which allows us to offer a 5Star 50-year warranty when you use their full roofing system. You receive a ‘Certificate of Completion’ with your warranty details.
