The Dream Street project brings together the area’s top builders, architectural designers, interior designers and trade partners in a collaborative effort to produce three majestic homes that are then open to the public for a month of touring. Moreover, the proceeds from the tour will be generously donated to A Wish with Wings—one of Susan’s favorite charities. This year’s dream team of builders and interior designers joining Susan includes John Webb of Heritage Homes, Nick Smith of Kensington Custom Homes, Brian Demma of Brian Michael Distinctive Homes, Traci Darden of Elements of Design and Heritage Interiors. They are bringing the latest in design trends and innovation to these three homes. Each of the homes exhibits a unique style, ensuring that they will captivate and inspire both present and future homeowners. With meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence, these homes are poised to redefine luxury living in the area. Located in the picturesque Colleyville neighborhood of Oak Alley, the Dream Street homes will be open for tours October 7th through 29th.
