Quinta Mazatlán Tops Off and Takes Off

The 19th Anniversary of Quinta Mazatlan was celebrated on April 10, 2025, at Moon over Mazatlan.  The event began with the “Topping Off” ceremony marking the 60% completion of the expansion of the Center for Urban Ecology. 

The major milestone began with the presentation of the Nation’s Colors by UTRGV Army ROTC Color Guard.
