The rigid protocols of our system guarantee 100% accuracy of date and time verification whenever an item is moved. Many stored items have recommended, or legally required, retention periods. OfficeTeam File & Data will produce a full retention programme for these items at the time of inventory and notify you when the end of a file’s storage time is reached. For items that require confidential destruction, OfficeTeam File & Data will set-up and maintain a regular on-site secure destruction programme. This will be tailored to your needs with different shredding levels dependant upon the level of security required. In addition to this, we will securely destroy electrical and electronic equipment under the WEEE directive, as well as destroying the data contained on your computer hard drives.
