Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce

A Message from Chairman of the Board, Caroline Noya

As we move into the heart of summer, thank you for your continued support and the spirit of collaboration that defines the Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce. June was filled with celebration, connection, and community impact and it’s a joy to reflect on all we’ve accomplished together.

We kicked things off in style with our 80’s PROM Ladies Night Out, supporting the Chamber’s We Support SISD Committee—a fun and meaningful evening that brought out the best of Smithville. Our June Mixer, co-hosted by Mosaic Art & Home and Panama Rose and Twig, was another great opportunity to connect with fellow members and friends.

A special highlight was the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church, co-hosted with the City of Smithville. We were honored to take part in the church’s historic marker placement through the SouthSide History Project. We also had the privilege of participating in the Governor’s Small Business Summit, where local business leaders gathered to exchange ideas and inspiration. Looking ahead, July brings more ways to connect. Our Monthly Mixer will be hosted by Consuela, who is generously donating 20% of proceeds from all purchases during the event to the We Support SISD Committee. We’re also excited to collaborate with CASA of Bastrop, Fayette, and Lee Counties for the Great CASA Casino a fun event in support of a vital cause. We’re grateful to have you with us and look forward to seeing you soon!

Stop by the Chamber to purchase your tickets before 4pm on Wednesday, July 2, 2025 for a chance to win! Thank you for your support!

Join Us for the July Mixer with the Consuela!

We’re excited to invite the Smithville community to our July Mixer! Come connect, network, and enjoy great company in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet new people, share ideas, and learn more about what’s happening in our town.

We’re thrilled to announce that Consuela’s will be donating 20% of all purchases made during the mixer to We Support Smithville ISD! This incredible support helps us award scholarships and host the annual Banquet honoring the Top 10% of the Senior Graduating class. Come enjoy great food and drinks knowing you’re making a meaningful impact in our community! We hope to see you there!
