Gli eventi di Smart Building Italia hanno continuato a coinvolgere professionisti e aziende del settore dell’installazione e dell’impiantistica durante tutto il 2021, con modalità sempre nuove. Dal Forum Smart Installer di ottobre, andando a ritroso fino alle prime date del Roadshow su digitalizzazione, green deal e resilienza, ecco tutte le tappe

Si è tenuto a Bologna lo scorso 2 ottobre il terzo appuntamento con il Forum, dedicato alla community degli Smart Installer. Così, dopo circa due anni di eventi in streaming che hanno riscosso ampio successo permettendo al format di crescere grazie anche all’importante parterre di relatori, il Forum è tornato alla sua originaria veste di evento in presenza, ospitando numerosi ospiti arrivati nel capoluogo emiliano da tutta Italia. Ovviamente in rigoroso rispetto delle normative.

Come sottolineato in apertura dei lavori dal Direttore di Smart Building Italia, Luca Baldin, il settore ha dimostrato grande resilienza durante il periodo pandemico, ottima premessa per le grandi opportunità portate dal decadere di vecchi paradigmi, on ottica di ripartenza per gli smart building e la professione stessa. Grazie a partner come 2N, Cheapnet, D-Link, IT Answer, ISICheck, Loytec, Tecnofiber e Vimar, che hanno creduto e

sostenuto uno dei primissimi eventi in presenza, il programma si è alternato tra interventi e tavole rotonde partecipate anche dal pubblico, con il tema della formazione come filo conduttore dell’intero evento, intesa come essenziale opportunità di crescita professionale a livello di categoria. Se, infatti, il tema di questa edizione 2021 del Forum è stato Rigenerazione edilizia e integrazione tecnologica, ad aprire i lavori del mattino, sul tema delle opportunità professionali del momento, è stato il keynote Progettare, realizzare, gestire: i tre paradigmi del nuovo impiantista affidato a Domenico Di Canosa della SBA Smart Buildings Alliance for Smart Cities. La successiva tavola rotonda ha approfondito il tema del secondo switch off televisivo e dell’evoluzione della TV on demand,, al quale hanno presenziato Bianca Papini, Confindustria Radio Televisioni, Alessio Beltrame della Fondazione Ugo Bordoni, e Davide Rossi di AIRES. A seguire l’intervento del Comitato Smart Installer, con l’opinione dei professionisti Danilo Caloro e Raimondo Raimondi, intervenuti con alcune pillole tecniche sulla necessità di adeguamento delle intere strutture di trasporto dei segnali, e non solo del TV, per poter effettivamente beneficiare di questa tecnologia. Spazio anche al PNRR – il Piano Nazionale per la Ripartenza e la Resilienza con le sue opportunità dirette nel settore pubblico per le infrastrutture digitali, a cura di Mauro Savini di ANCI, e le pillole dal mercato con interventi di Lorenzo Reali (D-Link), Matteo Para (ISICheck), Fabrizio Pagnini (Loytec) e Mauro Stefan di Vimar. Il pomeriggio, altrettanto denso, era focalizzato sulla professione a 360° e aperto dallo speech a tre voci sul DM 37/08 in tema di dichiarazioni di conformità, a cura di Domenico Di Canosa, SBA - Smart Buildings Alliance for Smart Cities, Carmine Battipaglia, CNA e Flavio Romanello di Confartigianato. A seguire Gianluca Musetti (SBA), con le novità in materia di cablatura di edifici residenziali con la norma CEI 306-2, seguito poi dall’intervento di Chiara Benedettini di Connessioni e Valeria Rapa di AVIXA sulle opportunità offerte dall’Audio Video professionale.

Il programma si è infine focalizzato sulla certificazione della professione: per i tecnici della fibra ottica con Apave, per l’integrazione con KNX (con Renato Ricci di KNX Italia), con la UNI 11799 per i servizi di integrazione dei sistemi Audio Video e Controllo (AVC) con Gualtiero Anselmetti, SIEC, infine la certificazione per i sistemi di sicurezza a cura Roberto Dalla Torre, essecome editore, e sul tema della formazione finanziata a cura di Chiara Malla, Real Training Solutions. Un momento storico e di confronto diretto tra gli esperti, i protagonisti e professionisti e le aziende del settore, per capire la direzione del mondo dell’installazione tra formazione, diritto e normative, novità tecnologiche e prospettive future.

Forum Smart Installer

The third event of the Forum, dedicated to the Smart Installer community, was held in Bologna on 2nd October. Thus, after about two years of streaming events that have been met with great success, allowing the format to grow thanks partly to the importance of speakers, the Forum has returned to its original role as an in-person event, hosting numerous guests who arrived in the Emilia Romagna capital from all over Italy. Obviously in strict compliance with the Covid regulations. As was pointed out at the opening of the proceedings by the Director of Smart Building Italia, Luca Baldin, the sector has shown great resilience during the pandemic period, an excellent premise for the great opportunities brought by the decay of old paradigms, with a view to restarting smart buildings and professions.

Thanks to partners such as 2N, Cheapnet, D-Link, IT Answer, ISICheck, Loytec, Tecnofiber and Vimar, who believed in and supported one of the very first in-person events, the programme alternated between interventions and round tables also attended by the public, with the theme of training as the leitmotif of the entire event, understood as an essential opportunity for professional growth at category level. If, in fact, the theme of this 2021 edition of the Forum was Building regeneration and technological integration, the keynote would be designing, realising, managing: the three paradigms of the new plant engineer entrusted to Domenico Di Canosa of the SBA Smart Buildings Alliance for Smart Cities.

The subsequent round table explored the theme of the second television switch off and the evolution of TV on demand, which was attended by Bianca Papini, Confindustria Radio Televisioni, Alessio Beltrame of the Ugo Bordoni Foundation, and Davide Rossi of AIRES. Following the intervention of the Smart Installer Committee, with the opinion of the professionals Danilo Caloro and Raimondo Raimondi, who intervened with some technical pills on the need to adapt the entire signal transport structures, and not just the TV, in order to effectively benefit from this technology. There was space also for PNRR - the National Plan for Restart and Resilience with its direct opportunities in the public sector for digital infrastructures, by Mauro Savini of ANCI, and the pills from the market with interventions by Lorenzo Reali (D-Link) , Matteo Para (ISICheck), Fabrizio Pagnini (Loytec) and Mauro Stefan of Vimar. The afternoon, equally jam-packed, was focused on the profession at 360° and opened by the speech with three voices on DM 37/08 on the subject of declarations of conformity, by Domenico Di Canosa, SBA - Smart Buildings Alliance for Smart Cities, Carmine Battipaglia, CNA and Flavio Romanello of Confartigianato. Following this was Gianluca Musetti (SBA), with the news regarding the wiring of residential buildings with the CEI 306-2 standard, which was followed by the intervention of Chiara Benedettini of Connessioni and Valeria Rapa of AVIXA covering the opportunities offered by professional Audio Video.

Finally, the programme focused on the certification of the profession: for fibre optic technicians with Apave, for integration with KNX (with Renato Ricci of KNX Italia), with UNI 11799 for the integration services of Audio Video and Control systems (AVC) with Gualtiero Anselmetti, SIEC, then onto the certification for security systems by Roberto Dalla Torre, and on the subject of finance training was Chiara Malla, Real Training Solutions. A historical moment and direct confrontation between experts, protagonists and professionals and companies in the sector, to understand the direction of the installation world between training, law and regulations, technological innovations and future prospects.

Roadshow Smart Building Italia 2021

Digitalizzazione, green deal, resilienza: tre sfide per la ripresa e sette appuntamenti per delinearne il profilo e le prospettive. Così si potrebbe sintetizzare la serie di sette incontri per l’edizione 2021 del Roadshow targato Smart Building Italia, nato nel 2016 dalla collaborazione con ANITEC-ASSINFORM, ANCE. Se nel 2020, sotto lo stimolo dell’emergenza sanitaria, il Roadshow si è svolto online, l’edizione 2021 ha inaugurato una inedita versione ibrida, in presenza e a distanza con diretta streaming sulla piattaforma SBI Network. Le ultime due tappe dell’11 e 24 novembre tratteranno il tema delle istituzioni e della possibile progettazione della resilienza urbana attraverso il ripensamento degli edifici e degli spazi pubblici. Protagonisti Marco Gay, Presidente Anitec-Assinform, sull’innovazione digitale come motore della rinascita ed Ezio Andreta di APRE Agenzia per la Promozione della Ricerca Europea, Piero Pelizzaro del Comune di Milano, Giuliano Dall’Ò del Politecnico di Milano e Carlo Alberto Carnevale-Maffè, SDA Bocconi School of Management. La kermesse, inaugurata a maggio scorso con focus su investimenti, opportunità e barriere dello Smart Building in Italia oggi, ha approfondito il tema della connettività diffusa tra reti e strumenti, innovazioni, 5G e integrazioni, come anche quello del Green Deal e delle possibili sinergie per la sostenibilità, della progettazione integrata e del ruolo di figure centrali come quella degli amministratori, delle comunità energetiche e delle certificazioni delle competenze.

Smart Building Italy Roadshow 2021

Digitization, green deals, resilience: three challenges for the recovery and seven events to outline its profile and prospects. This is how we could summarise the series of seven meetings for the 2021 edition of the Smart Building Italia Roadshow, born in 2016 from the collaboration with ANITEC-ASSINFORM, ANCE. If in 2020, under the stimulus of the health emergency, the Roadshow took place online, the 2021 edition inaugurated an unprecedented hybrid version, with attendees both in person and remotely with live streaming on the SBI Network platform. The last two stages of 11 and 24 November will deal with the theme of institutions and possible planning of urban resilience through the rethinking of buildings and public spaces. Protagonists Marco Gay, President of Anitec-Assinform, on digital innovation as the engine of rebirth and Ezio Andreta of APRE Agency for the Promotion of European Research, Piero Pelizzaro of the Municipality of Milan, Giuliano Dall’Ò of the Politecnico di Milano and Carlo Alberto Carnevale- Maffè, SDA Bocconi School of Management. The event, inaugurated last May with a focus on investments, opportunities and barriers of the Smart Building in Italy today, explored the issue of widespread connectivity between networks and tools, innovations, 5G and integrations, as well as that of the Green Deal and possible synergies for sustainability, integrated planning and the role of central figures such as administrators, energy communities and certification of skills.

Smart Building Italia events have continued to involve professionals and companies in the installation and plant engineering sector throughout 2021, in so many new ways. From the Smart Installer Forum in October, going back to the first dates of the Roadshow on digitalisation, green deals and resilience, below are all the steps

Smart Building Levante: digital edition

Un evento virtuale, sì, denso di contenuti ed estremamente focalizzato. Così si potrebbe raccontare l’evento del 24 e 25 giugno scorsi sulla piattaforma di matchmaking b2b SBI Network – semrpe più un punto di riferimento per la community professionale - in occasione dell’edizione 2021 di Smart Building Levante. E se l’appuntamento in presenza è rimandato dal 12 al 14 maggio 2022 in quel di Bari, per colmare il vuoto di un anno e mezzo di assenza di eventi fieristici si è ripetuto il successo di novembre 2020 con una nuova digital edition. Due giorni di approfondimento e contatto diretto con i responsabili tecnici e commerciali delle aziende espositrici e i relatori dei workshop; protagonisti molti dei nomi chiave del settore, da Nico Nigretti (ACMEI) che, con Baldin di SBI, ha parlato della prospettiva di un mercato di qualità nel quale la formazione e la certificazione giocano un ruolo basilare. Come il tema del programma MediAree e lo Smart City Lab con Raffaella Florio di ANCI e Laura Morgagni del Cluster Nazionale Smart Communities Tech, tra gli altri. Focus anche sulla ripartenza nella cultura e sulle tecnologie in funzione del new normal con Carlo Hruby dell’omonima Fondazione e Raffaello Juvara di essecome editore, e al tema di un approccio nuovo all’edilizia sostenibile e alle nuove comunità energetiche con Pasquale Capezzuto e Valeria Cicinelli di Energy Managers e l’Arch. Antonio Stragapede di KeepZero. Spazio poi al tema di come gestire uno Smart Building con Vittorio Fusco di ANAPI e Urbano Strada di Apave Italia CPM, ai sistemi BACS per l’efficientamento energetico e alla rigenerazione del patrimonio edilizio storico tra innovazione, strumenti e progettazione.

Smart Building Levante: digital edition

And if the face-to-face event is postponed to 12-13-14 May 2022 in Bari, the success of November 2020 was repeated with a new digital edition to fill the gap of a year and a half absence of trade fairs. Two days of in-depth analysis and direct contact with the technical and commercial managers of the exhibiting companies and the workshop speakers; many of the key names in the sector present, from Nico Nigretti (ACMEI) who, with Baldin of SBI, talked about the prospect of a quality market in which training and certification play a fundamental role. Imperia Smart Lab 2021: ecco l’Umanesimo tecnologico

Dall’intelligenza artificiale alla smart community: questo il tema dell’appuntamento di fine settembre presso la Camera di Commercio Riviere di Liguria ad Imperia. Così, l’edizione di Imperia Smart City Lab ha approfondito il tema di un umanesimo tecnologico che, abituati a gestire sistemi chiusi, lineari e governabili, ci ha visti obbligati ad ri-organizzarci in sistemi aperti e complessi, senza conoscerne le regole. Ma l’incertezza che deriva da questa situazione inedita ci sta spingendo verso nuovi equilibri e a rivedere i modi di pensare, organizzarci e agire. Così, i relatori si sono interrogati sulla possibilità da parte della Scienza dei Dati di aiutarci a recuperare le certezze di cui abbiamo bisogno: in che modo le tecnologie possono contribuire, in particolare l’Intelligenza Artificiale? Quale ruolo e responsabilità dovremo assumerci per non subire le scelte? E come queste tecnologie potranno contribuire a organizzare città più intelligenti, sostenibili e a dimensione d’uomo? Se la Smart city è un territorio in grado di gestire le risorse in modo intelligente, che vuole diventare economicamente sostenibile ed energeticamente autosufficiente, attenta alla qualità della vita e ai cittadini, la rivoluzione digitale e le telecomunicazioni devono sostenerla raccogliendo ed elaborando i big data che consentono la gestione predittiva di luoghi e comunità. Lo Smart City Lab di Imperia ha così inaugurato un approccio nuovo al tema, mirando a diffondere la cultura dell’innovazione e a fornire ai decisori locali la possibilità di approfondire verticalizzazioni fondamentali per il territorio.

Imperia Smart Lab 2021: here is technological humanism

From artificial intelligence to the smart community: this is the theme of the event at the end of September at the Riviere di Liguria Chamber of Commerce in Imperia. Thus, the edition of Imperia Smart City Lab has explored the theme of a technological humanism which, accustomed to managing closed, linear and governable systems, has seen us forced to reorganise ourselves into open and complex systems, without knowing the rules. But the uncertainty that derives from this unprecedented situation is pushing us towards new balances and to review the ways of thinking, organising and acting. Thus, the speakers wondered about the possibility of Data Science to help us recover the certainties we need: how can technologies contribute, in particular Artificial Intelligence? What role and responsibility will we have to take on in order not to suffer the choices? And how will these technologies help organise smarter, more sustainable and human-sized cities? If the Smart city is a territory capable of managing resources in an intelligent way, which wants to become economically sustainable and energetically self-sufficient, attentive to the quality of life and to citizens, the digital revolution and telecommunications must support it by collecting and processing the big data that allow the predictive management of places and communities. The Smart City Lab of Imperia thus inaugurated a new approach to the topic, aiming to spread the culture of innovation and to provide local decision makers with the opportunity to deepen verticalisations that are fundamental for the territory. 
