Independence day is right around the corner and our celebration of freedom will be marked with fireworks and family. Chances are, if you’re reading this, you know a life of liberty rich with the ability to choose your own path. So, what do we do with this freedom? Celebrate life, of course! Spend some time with friends and family and get outside in this gorgeous weather. Remember that this whole small world we live in is connected and enjoy your part in it. The idea of interdependence is a great way to reflect on these connections, for instance the screen you read this on is made from glass which is made from sand which once was a mountain which rose from the sea...it’s all connected. Happy Interdependence, friends, we are proud to share this world with you.

DEAR ROSEMARY YOU’RE A PART OF ME -The Foo Fighters
Rosemary is found in some of our favorite foods and is a common natural scent because of its pleasant smell (and insect repelling properties). What you may not know is that Rosemary was recently discovered to prevent and even kill certain types of cancer cells.
