Lynn Calder, CEO So what makes INEOS special? The fact that INEOS empowers people to be the best they can be – the opportunity is given to you, the freedom is provided and the support and backing to deliver is around you every step of the way. It isn’t easy, but no truly high-performance environments are. Fran Millar, CEO A very special company and why? It’s the people, it’s the ambition, it’s the culture, it’s the Boss! Ashley Reed, Chairman What binds such audacious growth is clarity of purpose from the top, and unrelenting teams whose grit and rigour translate vision into reality. If you add in team camaraderie, a good dose of humour, mutual trust and friendship then you get a picture of how INEOS operates and why so few leave INEOS. Jill Dolan, Head of HR
