As a new hospitality concept preparing for launch, Natiivo was looking to make a splash with the firstof-its-kind residential/hotel condo building in Texas. Having built a brand known for incorporating local aspects of each market it enters through both the building aesthetic and amenities, the stakes were high in Austin. As a place known for its standards for progress, KSC helped bring to life the design philosophy that explored the connection between the city’s urban environment, its natural surroundings, and passion for music. The result? A striking exterior featuring a rippling metal art wall that disguises the building’s parking garage behind it and pays homage to the sound waves radiating throughout the city.

As one of the five fastest-growing cities in North Texas, Anna is primed for the future and considers itself as one of the final blank canvases left in Collin County where you can create something really special. That blank canvas now includes a brand new, state-of-the-art, municipal complex and fire station that KSC helped bring to life in a city that previously lacked any architectural focal points. By utilizing cutting-edge technology including 3D scanning, our engineers were able to correctly calculate all panel dimensions and shapes needed to accomodate the geometric touchpoints throughout the project’s design. With a difficult plan that included tapered ovals, outward tilting walls, and complex angles at every turn, KSC perfectly fabricated and installed the 12,000 square feet of aluminum composite metal throughout each of the buildings comprising the campus.

From metal panels and screening systems to louvers, column covers, and blade walls, KSC can recreate, in metal or composite, virtually any shape a designer can imagine. We collaborate with architects and owners to transform purely functional architectural features into ones that add character and style by utilizing a variety of creative surface offerings, from aluminum and wood grain metal to phenolic composites that can be tailored to the specific needs of all project types.

As the city of Austin continues to experience explosive growth, its event spaces needed to be reimagined in order to satisfy today’s consumers - enter The Moody Center. The already award-winning state-of-the-art arena was a highly-complex project built into a hillside that provides 360 degrees of glass walls and incorporated an organic design that resulted in a stunning project.
KSC worked with over 70,000 square feet of wood veneered Prodema konwn for its natural beauty and proven durability - something needed as it is the consistent design element that functions as a canopy, indoor ceiling with soft curves, and wall surface throughout.

Originally slated to be used as part of a luxury, mixed-use development in Des Moines, The Fifth parking garage is now a stunning addition to the heart of downtown and serves the public as a whole. Working through the entire project process from design all the way to installation – KSC was the perfect partner to craft this completely custom decorative screen that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. When the timeline became an issue for the project team, KSC took the initiative to complete the fabrication of the extruded aluminum panels offsite in order to avoid any delays during the installation process.
